I had to get a refund for something but I never got it and I tried calling the bank multiple times and I never got solution.
Although I should say Georgina morris was able to find resolution within 5 mins and helped me a lot, she’s got 5 star but not the bank . I’m still waiting for refund

I brought my elderly Dad in so he could deposit a check and to have the notary help him. The teller, Georgina Morris, was very helpful and provided excellent customer service, with a smile. She was able to help him get his TD app up and working so that he can make deposits remotely in the future. She was patient and kind.
