Scheduled an appointment to have my car looked at. Drove in to get it looked at only to have the guy just take pictures for an estimate and wouldn’t give me a price in person. Then I was told I’d have the estimate in 24 hours and they didn’t call me for 5 days. When they called me they said it was going to cost 2k more than another place I found.
If you want fair pricing and great customer service I can’t recommend Loudon Auto Repair enough. Located at 308 Parker Ct SE

I have a high-end Lucid electric vehicle and wasn't sure if they could do a minor bumper repair. They did an amazing job and at 75% less than I was quoted by a Lucid bodyshop. I stopped by with the car, Eddie took a look and had an estimate to me via email within a couple of hours. Was able to take the car the following week for just 3 days and all was perfect. They even cleaned my car inside and out. Price was very fair.

My second experience with The Body Works (unfortunately!) Great work and customer service both times. My Mazda's Soul Crystal Red finish is a special 3 three-stage paint process that is notoriously difficult to match, and I don't think anyone could even detect that repairs had been made.

I came in after having a run in with a deer , after speaking with my insurance adjuster this location was highly recommended based on the reviews as he helped me search online. I am very pleased. From beginning to end, the customer service was exceptional. My car returned looking brand new.

Body Works was fantastic getting my car fixed after my accident. They were very communicative on every aspect and made sure I was always in the loop about where the car was in being worked on. The people who work there are very friendly and always answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend Body Works my car looks like it did when I drove off the lot. Excellent work

Amazing customer service & a very honest team! Took the time to explain to me what the issue was & educated me on what the steps are to fixing it. You don’t find this type of transparency often in this industry, you would be a fool to not take your vehicle here!
Edit: I take back what I said, I was completely mislead by Louis regarding their work, and was completely overcharged for the amount of work done. On my invoice I was charged twice for body repair & absolutely no body repair was done, and that was an additional charge on top of their labor charge for the job. Be careful of this place misleading you, if I knew how half ass of a job they were going to do I would have done it myself considering it was a simple door latch replacement & the part cost $40. Ended up paying a little over $900 for the work & only to be mislead after being reassured 3 times the job will be able to be done. Not to mention the final cost was a lot higher than $900 but I refused to pay that price. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH DO NOT COME HERE
Update on everything, as I stated before do not come here not even 3 months later and both doors have broke again
