I never would have imagined a purchase could be this simple. Everything from the sales, to the survey, to the land prep, to delivery was all easy. I didn't have much to do. Paul the sales guy was a wealth of information. He provided every detail of the structures and did not pressure us at all for a purchase. Once we settled on that we met with Craig who came out and did the land survey for us. Then we met with John as I needed to move the location and they were accommodating as far as coming out to provide another site survey to ensure the structure would fit. Jonathan and his team (separate from Amish Outlet - but just as knowledgable and nice) came out and laid out the weed barrier and dropped the gravel and built up the ramp for the structure. Finally it was Jeremy who ended up delivering the unit. Watching that was amazing. All and all this has been a simple project. I never thought it would go this smooth.

Decided to purchase a new shed and we swung by This n" That to check out their inventory. Paul helped us look through the different options and we were able to find the perfect size for our needs. Delivery was quick and seamless. Overall had a great experience.

Stopped by the Leesburg location looking for sheds. Paul was super helpful, showing us options based upon our needs and narrowing it down to an 8 x 10 quaker shed on the lot. They have a great selection of buildings in stock. Paul also informed us of a holiday sale which saved us a significant amount of money. The process of purchasing and having the shed delivered was super easy and completed within a week. Great people to work with from Craig who did the site survey to Garrett who was exceptional delivering and placing the shed. We couldn't be happier! Great customer service and communication from Paul and the follow up call today on our satisfaction with the shed was first class. Would highly recommend This N’ That Amish Outlet for your future purchases. I know that will be our first stop.

We purchased a greenhouse/shed in Oct 2022 and the entire process from ordering, customizing, site prep, and delivery exceeded our expectations. We were so pleased with the shed that in 2023 we ordered a beautiful 92 x 42 kitchen table and chairs. Laurie met with me and helped me customize it so it fit our family's needs exactly. Best decision to trust This n'That with these major purchases!

We purchased a build on site 12x12 with a loft from this location in May 2023. It was built on site late August 2023 in a few hours. (12 week lead time from deposit).Great build quality of materials and craftsmanship. We will enjoy this shed for quite some time! They even left us some spare shingles and cans of pain for touch ups down the line.Only minor complaint if you do a build on site, the date of the build is on “Amish time” so you won’t have a definitive build date until a week or so before they decide you’re up.Would highly recommend for anyone!

In February 2022 This & That completed the build of our 10 x 16 garden shed. From the start, it was a pleasure working with this company. It was a difficult and unusual site which required special treatment, and the owner of the company made a special visit to help with the placement of the building. The quality of the materials and workmanship far exceeded our expectations. When the building arrived, it took the Amish team less than five hours to assemble it. Our salesman at This & That worked with us to make sure we were completely satisfied with the entrance ramp and the completed structure. We would recommend This & That without reservation.Also, This & That works with an excavation company named Keiper Excavation. He did an excellent job of preparing the site, building the retainer walls, and the stone foundation for the building. Mr. Keiper worked over ten hours, long into the evening, to make sure everything was perfect -- including removal of all debris and unneeded dirt. Keiper Excavation is a young company but will go far because of its unparalleled work ethic.

I was in search of a cabinet to add to our entryway that would store masks, hats, gloves, wallets, glasses, etc. I originally thought of a 48 inch wide built-in cabinet, painted white with a wood stained top. I visited two kitchen and bath type merchants. The first merchant could only order the cabinet, they don't do wood tops, and the 2nd merchant was able to provide both, but in excess of $7500 for a cabinet made of maple plywood, but with a wood top. They offered that rather than order cabinets from a cabinet maker, they could build it cheaper, but they don't do the finish work so I would have to paint and stain it. Then I visited This n' That Amish outlet in Leesburg. Kate was wonderful to work with and was able to help me design and order exactly what I wanted at less than half the cost of the other two merchants. I received a SOLID MAPLE cabinet painted white with a beautiful stained top that looks like our flooring. The hardware is stunning and feels substantial. The piece looks incredible and we receive many complements on it. We could not be happier and will be ordering from them again.

Kate at the Leesburg location was amazing in her efforts to help me with my decision for bar stools! I don't know what training these employees go through, but it needs to be standardized and shared with the rest of the world! Kate took me through the gallery and showed me what options/styles were available on-hand, but I couldn't fall in love with any of the available choices. So she took me to the sales catalogs and advised me on other options. I had only given her a look at one pic on my cell phone and she said " I know exactly what you need!" Her confidence sold me and she ordered my stools. To my surprise the stools are perfect. Perfect height, perfect feel and comfort, and perfect colors! Kate plus the quality of the Amish are a winning combination! Do not hesitate on their advise. They know what they are doing here. They made me feel like I was a VIP! Thanks for the great customer experience!

Went there looking for couple of accent pieces, the sales man was professional, knowledgeable, and welcome. The craftsmanship and quality is great. Only con is probably the prices, it is unreasonably high. However, shed's prices are comparatively lower than chain stores and of much higher quality, so, definitely will get the shed from them.

The Run in shed we purchased was exactly we needed and it looks like it belongs where it is. The team in all aspects of the process were knowledgeable and nice to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. We are 100% pleased with them.
