Used the Crosstrail location in Leesburg, Va (by Wegmans. I took in my 5 year old not very expensive desktop. They had it for a week and did some stuff? (Reloaded drivers etc). Long story short they didnt start running tests and diagnostics which would have started rolling up the cost and the recommending new parts. They were conscious of the cost of what I had and what new ones cost which I appreciated !! End of story they didn’t dig too far into it but didn’t charge me. So I’m pretty happy. Used them before and will use them again!!

Highly recommend this place. They are knowledgeable, friendly and accommodative. They are very reasonably priced as well. They helped me fix my laptop which others had expressed concerns about. DJ is awesome! Thanks for your help!

My daughter’s iPad would not keep a charge and would die fast when she would play games. Once we received it back it has been working perfectly. Thank you so much guys for your quick service and patience with our item.

They got the data off my laptop but everything about the service was not what I expected when I dropped off the laptop. I had to call several times over a couple of weeks to check the status. They were going to mail the laptop back to me but had problems with their "portal" I called the day before I would pick up the laptop and was told it was ready to ship. When I arrived it wasn't and they had not put the charger/power adapter with the PC, it was apparent that it was still in pieces and was not "ready to ship" when I arrived as it took some time and the screws used were Phillips and not the Torques that were used during initial assembly. All in all I would not recommend or will I go back. I gave the a 3 star rating because they were able to get my data.. which is the only reason I went there.

If you bring your phone to them to work on, you should know that they MIGHT just access your FB, just to "make sure everything is working correctly." Even if FB is no longer on your phone!!! The owner ADDED FB Lite onto my phone and THEN SIGNED INTO MY ACCOUNT!!! AT MIDNIGHT!!! Evidently, my phone remembered my password.
FB sent me a warning notification that my account had been accessed by an unfamiliar app. He then sent me a friend request, and accepted it, then used my Facebook account to call his FB account. They also sent me a notification for the friend request. It was gone in the morning when I woke up, I'm guessing because we were already friends. I blocked him immediately and changed my password, which logged my phone out. He told the police he did all this to make sure the microphone and speakers were working, and there was no other way to do this since I had removed my SIM and SD card. Never mind that I had Spotify and a voice recorder still on my phone. My phone was working perfectly when I dropped it off.
All this was BEFORE the replacement screen had supposedly come in the mail. My phone worked perfectly. They had my phone for THREE days, and I had called repeatedly for an update on when my phone would be ready, and around 2 o'clock on the day I picked it up he told me that it still hadn't come in, but that they were expecting it that day.
When I called the store, he called himself one name. In text message updates, he called himself another, and the manager (he's the owner). It seems like he's trying to keep me confused. The friend request was the owner's name. All I know is I FEEL VIOLATED!!!
I have spoken to the corporate office, and I was told that they do not access Facebook to check for phone functionality specifically because of all the personal information. I am waiting to hear how this will be handled.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHO YOU TRUST WITH YOUR PHONE!!!
I originally posted this 4 years ago but didn't realize it wasn't public because I posted the owner's name. I hope this shows up, and that it helps others stay safe. I recommend that anyone who has had them work on your phone check your FB friends for people you don't know. If I hadn't had a backup phone, I might never have realized my FB had been accessed.

Was sent here in a total panic from Verizon shortly before closing time with my broken phone for an insurance claim. Adding further emotional turmoil, it hadn’t been backed up and contained the last pictures of a beloved pet who had just passed. Also on my brick of a phone was a months worth of work for a looming deadline. Matthew was working the desk and was compassionate, courteous, brilliant, knowledgeable beyond compare and shockingly fast at diagnosing the issue. He went way out of his way to calm my fears that my device could be backed up and then personally completed the repair ahead of schedule. Not only did I leave having recovered all my pictures and un submitted work but I left with my phone, fully fixed& backed up, the very same day. From now on Matthew will be the only one I entrusting all my family’s tech issues to as he earned not just my trust but my respect and loyalty!

Beyond professional, ridiculously fast and as a bonus very sincere and compassionate! No matter what tech issue you have I whole heartedly recommend Matthew from this location! He was the best tech professional I have ever encountered!
