I had to get an important delivery next day (Saturday) to a business expecting my package. Options were clearly presented. But then I got a notice of rescheduled delivery (so now delayed/late) with no reason. Long story short, Steven researched and called me in couple days to say was fault of UPS and check refund is in process. The staff there is always absolutely wonderful and very helpful.

The owner is very rude to customers and to the employees. He talks very rudely to the customer. Also he always constantly yelling at his employees talking to them very rude. We go there to give him business a he treats the customer really bad.

Great experience at this location, we had a ton of packages to return and the store manager set aside separate space for us and patiently assisted as we sorted through all of our labels and codes.

The Lee’s and Joseph are wonderful people who never fail to help me with my packages. I have been using this location for a few years and I do recommend. Great customer service and every interaction is quick!

The owner is consistently rude. I thought maybe it was just me, but my husband has also made similar comments. I used to just ignore the behavior because this location was convenient, but now I’m finally at the point where I’m going to make the effort to go elsewhere.To Mr. Lee:You and I may disagree on what is required to mail an Amazon return, but my comment is entirely based on the delivery of your point of view and your consistent communication style. There are proper ways to communicate with customers and other ways that are not proper.Clearly I am not the only person that has observed this about you. Your rude behavior if even evident in your response to my review and your responses to the reviews of others. Communication is an important part of running a small business. Today’s interaction with you has not been the first time that you have been rude. I have witnessed it personally when I came to have a lengthy document notarized and I have witnessed it with other elderly customers who clearly didn’t have a lot of experience mailing packages. You have also scolded employees in front of me and other customers.Aside from your communication style, if you are truly interested in feedback on your business operations; other UPS stores offer a box or counter where customers can place returns that are already labeled. It’s pretty hard to mess up slapping an Amazon return label on a box, but I, and clearly other UPS store customers, are willing to take the risk! Furthermore, customers already in line are not impacted by dropping off already packaged and labeled packages because you can scan them in after you address those in line.If there was any chance that I would return to your store, it disappeared after I read your response to my initial review. I will not be returning to your store. Luckily there is another UPS store about a mile away where I am consistently greeted warmly and where I can drop my packages off without any lectures.

The man snatched the paper from my hand, was loud, rude, and asked me if I didn’t know how to read in front of other customers because I accidentally brought my package to the UPS Store instead of the UPS Customer Service Center. I’ll be using FedEx from now on. Someone needs to train him on patience and how to speak to people.

That worst customer service ever!!! Do not use them, RUN!!! go to Ashburn/ Brambleton location for everything, you'll thank me. I literally hate going here, the owner is so mean and disrespectful. Seriously mean because of a small piece of tape ~ WHAT! Insisted the bendable soft product wouldn't fit in the exact bag it came in!!! Just To be a raciest jerk...with 1 hand, I slowly put the product in the bag and responded, it fits in the bag it was sent in...then he gave me a tongue licking for needing a small piece of tape! It was sooo bad the customers behind me Apologized as I was leaving, bc of his treatment to me!!!! Just glad it was seen by others and Thank you strangers for saying something!.He always has excuses to his rudeness and disrespect ~ do not reply & TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT!!!

I used the leesburg location to ship a motorcycle part. A small throttle cable. They lost it in delivery. I know that's not the local stores fault. However this store was not and still is not being helpfull in locating the lost package or giving me a refund on the value of the part and for shipping. Every time I contact them they give me the run around. Terrible customer service from UPS all the way around! Do Not Use This Company!!!
