Don’t go to this store. They charge $5 send an email for printing (other UPS stores do not charge for this at all). $0.90 per page to print (other UPS stores charge only $0.20 per page). If And $10 per notary (others charge $5 per notary). This is way over what other UPS stores charge. Very disappointed!!!

Always appreciate the stellar service at this location. Especially grateful to the team there tonight, who kindly chased me down in the parking lot when I left my credit card behind. Thank you!

Poor customer service as well as being ignorant as to their own procedure for filing a claim for a package that was not delivered as promised. Also, RC doesn’t know how to use a phone. I requested a call from her repeatedly and I finally got an email from her only after I sent her an email to her asking her to call me. No apologies offered. Worst UPS store I have ever used!
UPDATE — RC called me and apologized for missing the delivery time promised and said she would make sure that her employees knew the proper procedure to follow in the future. She also said that although she couldn’t call me as requested she did process my claim immediately.

This store deserves 0 stars. Big time cheaters and no way to refund for a service even if you have the receipt with you. It will be best to go to a FedEx or a USPS than going to this store. They blatantly lie and will not tell you the total amount of notary service until they charge it on your card. Worst store.10$ for a single document so they charge 40$ for 4 documents (basically just 2 passport copies). Complete robbery. This specific UPS store is a shame to the UPS brand.

This was my experience at the Market St, Leesburg location today. I brought in an Amazon return for which I had already printed and affixed the label. The kid they left in charge told me they wouldn't accept it because the item was in the manufacturers box and it was 'too flimsy', despite it being delivered to me via UPS in the same box. When I refused to pay for repacking service (why would I pay UPS for a prepaid Amazon return?) I was basically told to repack it myself then. I don't appreciate having my time wasted arguing with kids. I'll go to the Potomac Station store, who accepted the return without issue, from now on. It's further away, but at least I don't have to deal with nonsense like this.
Edit to address the owners reply: UPS delivers items all the time in manufacturers boxes. This same item was delivered to me by UPS in this same box, so please stop with the petulant excuses.

Customer service was terrible! The young man instructed me to use automatic scanner. It did not work so I went to the counter. He made me stand and wait while he put objects into plastic bags with labels. Initially there was no one else in the store. As I was waiting, another gentleman came in and tried the scanner (did not work). The clerk kept him waiting also! Terrible attitude
To put tasks with inanimate objects ahead of live customers!

Printing 1 paper cost 5.85$ . Its robbery. Definitely if you need print something, go somewhere else.

I have been a long term patron of several UPS stores where I subscribe for their premium mail services. One location in the Reston area and a second in Leesburg remain active subscriptions. Based on frequent and years of interactions - I assess the Leesburg UPS to be far less customer friendly and frankly greedy with their upsells for additional services (such as passport photos and evening the cost of printing return labels). The Leesburg location charges over double for these services compared to other stores in higher cost of living locations. When challenging Leesburg staff over the exploitive rates, they simply state all UPS stores are different. My recommendation to others who seek mailbox services, please seek options other than the Leesburg UPS store. Shabby customer support and ridiculously high costs for minor services are a clear indicator of this store’s integrity and customer focus. Please consider other options.UPDATE: For RC Sololrio’s “boiler plate” reply, this is not a staff issue. This price gouging is a management issue - you, not your employees. I will offer an example in detail publicly so patrons assessing the quality of service your leadership provides is documented and may help future customers choose mail services with an informed perspective.Example: I needed to return a mail order item to a vendor. The vendor emailed to me the UPS return shipping label. I brought the item to be returned to your store and requested the UPS shipping label be printed. Your staff, using your exorbitant pricing guidelines, stated the fee to print out the label was $7. Clearly price gouging at that rate. Rather than pay your unreasonable fee, I went to the Reston UPS store, where the staff printed the label for me for $2. You seek over three times that rate - no inflationary pressures justify your unreasonable rate. Shame on you. And for future customers, buyer beware of this predatory pricing behavior.
