I recently visited Visionworks in Leesburg and had a phenomenal experience. Jasmin, who was working at the front, provided exceptional customer service. I was in a rush, and she went above and beyond to help me get in and out quickly without compromising on quality or care. Her professionalism and friendliness made a lasting impression.
This location truly stands out compared to other Visionworks I've visitedâI'll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

I had an appointment here and my insurance was confirmed over the phone beforehand. However, upon arrival after they informed that my insurance would not be accepted I had 40 minutes drive. This experience was highly disappointing and reflects poorly on the clinicâs communication and professionalism and irresponsible.

Even though I was there for a pre employment exam everyone was very courteous and friendly. Doctor was very helpful and gave me great advice for the health of my eyes. Knowing that I was from out of state and not going to be a return customer they went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience.

Very courteous and helpful people at Visionworks. Made me feel comfortable and welcome. The Optometrist Dr Richard Davidson is very patient and friendly. He took time to explain things and also gave time for questions.
I had visited Visionworks sometime back for my kid. So there was no hesitation in visiting them for my eyes too.
Also, I could get an appointment the same day. That mattered so much for me. Thank you!

Might have been the worst staff ever. While charging me $113 for my prescription even though it was clear for another 9 months, I had to redo and re pay just for the prescription to stay. And then the worker would always turn the back or be on their phone when talking to me. This is unacceptable and disgusting. I canât believe they're still in business. Fire that worker!
