There isn’t anything that I could say that hasn’t already been said in the comments. Find another pharmacy that is competent, can answer questions, and most of all, can fill prescriptions in an efficient and timely manner. This one is terrible.

Went there to get Covid flu test for my daughter and I today. While waiting we hear the pharmacist and the tech literally yelling at each other saying things like well you can’t do it on my break and “well this test takes forever to set us I’m busy!!!!0 there was 4 of them there and no one was in line. But they made us feel like a huge inconvenience and when they’re yelling like that in front of a SICK CHILD, made everything more ridiculous we shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience by staff yelling about how it takes forever to set up.

Atmosphere, service and efficiency of this location has dramatically declined over the past year. (Truly hoping the MULTIPLE negative reviews I have read, and the one that I am about to post, will have some sort of impact with upper management. Is anyone reading these?). What happened to the friendly greetings when you walk in? What happened to the offers of assistance when roaming the aisles in search of a product? (Not even the slightest acknowledgment or friendly smile, to be honest) What happened to the effectiveness of obtaining prescriptions with very little inconvenience? (They actually trick you into thinking your prescriptions will efficiently be mailed to you at your home when in fact, they are sent to a remote pharmacy location which then causes a significant delay in actual delivery to this particular location. NOT convenient in the least, and rather misleading!) The communication between the employees and customers has been seriously compromised. (It is highly ineffective and frustrating) Due to the lack of command of the English language on the employees side, I was almost given another customers confidential prescription. Had I not been paying attention, this would have been disastrous. With experiences like this, it is no wonder the wait time at both check-out and drive-thru are substantially longer than ever before. I wouldn’t even bother posting this review if it weren’t for my past WONDERFUL experiences with this Walgreens location, for dozens of years. I am so very sad to see the service here decline so rapidly and with little care, it seems, to address such a concern.

Absolutely ridiculous to get a hold of the pharmacy. I called and was on hold 18 minutes just for someone to pick up and hang up. I called back this time on hold 12 minutes before someone hung up. Called the store manager who then transferred back to the pharmacy for an additional 14 minutes just to have it ring back. Horrible!!!! I understand busy times but over 45 minutes-they should be ashamed.

Rudest service ever. We were asking about a medication and they hung up mid call when we mentioned that we had called earlier for help. I understand your job can be stressful, but that is the job you picked. If you don’t like it pick another job, don’t be rude to my sibling because you had a bad day.This is also not the first time we’ve had troubles. I don’t put in reviews unless it’s important. They’ve often lost our medications, and have sent out emails that our orders are in only for us to go there and be told they aren’t.Please just be nicer, it’s the least you could do.PS. I have looked at other reviews and am aware this mans name is Joey.

Zero Stars would be more appropriate. DO NOT FILL PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. Horrible customer service. Even when you physically drop off a prescription in person they will blame you when it is not ready 24hrs later for not calling them first. The Walgreens GM for this region needs to reset the employee culture here by replacing everbody...the employees act like the customers are putting them out. It has been like this at this store for years. I have moved all my business to Wegmans pharmacy down the street which has competent staff and provides stellar service.

Another caution tale about Joey in the pharmacy. He was rude to the elderly lady in front of me and then when he had to ring up a few additional items for me was obviously annoyed. He pushed my meds off the counter roughly and sighed loudly. Very rude, and still rude when I confronted him about it. Don’t be in customer service if you don’t know how treat people.

This store charges between 5-10x Walmart’s prices for drugs. They charge for generics what Walmart charges for name brand. The prices are terrible. The only reason I shopped here is that it was the closest option for Tylenol the day after my wife gave birth, when my chances of surviving until nightfall deceased for every minute I was away from home. But despite its closeness, the staff are so lethargic and lackadaisical that I spent more time waiting in line behind two customers than it would have taken me to drive the extra mile to WalMart (and boy did I hear about it). Lesson learned: this place is a goat rope, don’t give them your money, fortify your marriage by going someplace else.

Every time I go to get my prescription filled or pick it up, it just seems to take forever. The drive through is extremely slow and if there is any problem with your insurance or prior authorizations, better plan on not having your medication for a week or more! It's a convenient location for me but not worth the headaches I've had. Going to try somewhere else.

I’ve never given a bad rating, but felt that Walgreens on Sycolin Rd should be aware of their employee, Joey, in the pharmacy. He has terrible customer service and every time we are there he has been rude and obnoxious to everyone around him including his coworkers. I’ve always had excellent and friendly service from the other employees over the years and our family gets all of our prescriptions there so I have no complaints about anyone else.

I've been considering changing pharmacies for a while, but wanted to give Walgreen's a chance since COVID has made things difficult for many. However, after this past week, I'm done.Last week, I needed to bring medication to my son's school and realized that his prescription was short by 30 pills (this is half his prescription), I hadn't checked it when I picked it up since I trusted the pharmacy to do this correctly. I went to the pharmacy and rather than saying they made a mistake, their response was "You're lucky that we have a surplus of 30 pills." I think I'm lucky I caught YOUR mistake.Now to top it all off, yesterday I had an appointment to get my COVID booster. I signed in, filled out my paperwork and waited. There were about a dozen people there waiting and I heard them call my name (first name only), but someone else walked up and went with the nurse so I assumed I heard incorrectly and if not then they would be right back out when the name was confirmed to not be hers. At this point, I'd been waiting for 30 minutes past my appointment time. Not overly concerned, but when people who checked in after me were being seen, I was annoyed. Finally, at the 45 minute mark, I went to ask when I would be seen. They looked at some paperwork and said "You already got your shot." Umm pretty sure I didn't. Nurse comes up "I already gave you your shot." Nope I think I would remember getting a needle in my arm. Turns out they gave it to the other woman waiting who had the same first name. Thankfully we were both getting a booster. I get brought back and the nurse, who just claimed that she confirmed the name on the paperwork with the previous woman, doesn't confirm my name, gives me my shot, argues with me about how many times I've had the booster, then walks away. Come to find out when I walked out that the woman who had the same name as me was newly pregnant and I am so thankful that she didn't get a shot that could've harmed her baby. This was the most unprofessional and dangerous situation I've been a part of. I will be moving my business elsewhere.

Don't go to this pharmacy for your covid and flu vaccine! There is a long line up and little instruction. Make sure to sign in at the desk or you'll just wait for your "appointment." Nothing starts until you check in. I checked in and then 3 people checked in behind me all of whom got their shots before I did?1? I also filled out all the pre paperwork online before the visit, guess what, I had to do it again because they couldn't access it? Crazy busy environment and random blue shirt employee is walking around the entire time filling up / replacing hand sanitizer bottles that looked fine. I went here in December 2021 and had a similar slow experience but it has become a lot worse!
