Lost in the sauce. I had a prescription forwarded to Walmart to be filled. I called the automated line, which days it'd be ready on Thursday. It wasn't. I went back on Friday only to find out that NO Walmart carries that drug (even though the automated line said it'd be ready after 6PM). What a circus.

This is ridiculous I got a returned item and it was broken and in the same day I got a fishing magnet and they forgot the magnet and I try to call and they never answer this is horrible I don't recommend going there unless you want a broken item or something not in there I certainly we'll not be a customer anymore

You never come to expect any kind of exemplary service at a Walmart. This store is no exception. I placed an order for ten outdoor chairs. The store had fifteen in stock. I placed an order for ten of those. Instead, they sold them in store and just canceled my order. It's sad to think incompetent employees ruin orders then try to cover their tracks by canceling other orders.

DO NOT get your tires mounted and balanced here. I paid $77 for them to mount them only for them to be out of balance. (Pics show yellow dot is not lined up with the valve as they're supposed to be) I relied on them because I'm driving 6.5 hours to North Carolina. After discovering the huge vibrating issue on the road, I called this Walmart and spoke to the manager, and they refused to fix the issue they caused, conveniently blamed it on me and an alignment issue which the vibration never happened before. They were very rude, inconsiderate and tried to find any reason to blame it on us. Furthermore, they refused to give me a refund for their mistake. STEER CLEAR, they will make your car in worse condition.

If I could rate this half a star I would. I came there yesterday around 4:25pm because I had just got through at the doctors and they gave me a prescription to get filled. When I went to the pharmacy they told me they were getting ready to close for the day. I looked at the time it was 4:30 and they had just serviced a customer right before me as I was standing in line. They took my prescription and told me to come back tomorrow. When I asked if I could get it back so I can get it filled somewhere else they ignored me and told me to come back. Came back today it was about 1:20pm they looked at me for a good 5 minutes then decided to service me. They asked me why I was here. I informed them that I needed to pick up a prescription. They told me I needed to come back as they are getting ready to leave for lunch at 2. I informed her that I was told to come back yesterday and I was supposed to start taking my prescription yesterday, but was told to come back today. She got very mad and asked for my first and last name. Then she asked for my insurance, she proceeded to not try to get my insurance pulled up told me it was the incorrect insurance she said she would have to call them and I would need to come back. I proceeded to ask her which number they needed as I have picked up prescriptions prescribed by my doctor from here and multiple other pharmacies before. She then said I would have to come back. I told her I would not be able too. She then proceeded to get rude and told me that I would just have to pay it in full then. I paid it in full and told her to have a nice day. Horrible customer service and very rude staff when it comes to the pharmacy as I said if it could give them half a star I would.

Decent. Good prices and a wide variety of items. Very busy. Mostly self checkout. If you can't find it here you probably don't need it!

I was excited about this Walmart opening as the "old" Walmart was quite small and had very limited grocery options. Well, I keep waiting for the experience to get better but it doesn't. From day one they had had chronic problems keeping the shelves stocked. Now combine that with the employees walking around with headphones in shopping for grocery pick-up blocking the isles and blocking access to the shelves oblivious to anything around them it lends to an unpleasant shopping experience. I visit this location less and less. I will say it is one of the best spots to catch sunset though.

So this is my local Walmart and I love it. I'm a Walmart girl so I'm here almost weekly. Okay okay. Almost daily. The vegetables are usually fresh and the grocery section is well stocked. I do 90% of my grocery and home shopping here. The associates aren't the friendliest but honestly I wouldn't be either if I worked at Walmart. I've never had any major issues here and there's also a subway inside in case you're hungry. This place would be perfect if they were open 24 hours. Lol

I really don't know how people still go here for groceries I will no longer go back here your vegetable oil and fruit stinks. Me what really got me was that they had stuff for sale that expired in April I should've looked at the date I didn't think they would have so many items that had expired of the same item I bought a whole bunch of pumpkin granola bars That expired in April. Also it's not legal for them to check your receipt as you're leaving the store there's laws against that.
