I rated my experience I had with the banker at this branch as a zero from a survey directly from Wells Fargo. I immediately received a call from the banker after he read my review. The conversation with this banker made my experience even more frustrating. I hope they take steps to improve their customer service.

I don’t have an account at Wells Fargo but for months I was able to deposit cash into my landlord’s personal checking account and today they said I’m not able to? Ridiculous, this is why capital one is better than y’all.
