There is a grumpy old grandma working here! All white hair. Don’t work retail if you hate it! Or don’t work a job if you’re unsatisfied with pay. All I asked her if the oven was on sale for 30% off because it’s open or if it’s overstocked. She just mumbled about something else and basically said customers are allowed to open any item in the store. This was the second time this lady acted this way and I saw her continuing being rude with other customers.

What a nice experience. The store is loaded with a lot of great cookware and dinnerware plus all the things that you expect from Williams Sonoma. The ladies were very helpful… I was buying things and bringing them to the front periodically to stack on the side. Once I finished, she offered to have our purchases shipped back to our home in Florida for a very reasonable price. They came today in perfect condition and packed so much better than I would have been able to possibly do. I don’t know who did the packing, but thank you very much for a job well done. I look forward to another visit when we are back in the area.

Prices are okay but actually appalled at the service. The cashier, woman with the grey white bob, completely ignored my sister and I the entire time, though we thanked her 5 times and was giving us snarky looks the entire time. She also did not act towards this way to the other customers who weren’t of color. Won’t be coming back after my family has been a huge fan of Williams and Sonoma.

This store is great. I love shopping here. They have the best kitchen items and fantastic deals. The staff is wonderful and always willing to help you find what you are looking for. The only thing I would suggest (and hope for) is for them to get a larger selection of items for bread making. I make all my breads homemade and I'm always looking for places to stock my kitchen with more helpful tools.

A lot of good items here reasonable prices very friendly staff found a few items in here that will be good for Christmas gifts for some family members and Friends as well very clean store very friendly staff very helpful and reasonable prices we do highly recommend a visit to here as well you will like it

They have some lovely things, and I had a gift certificate.I didn't find anything that I had on my list. It was only available online.That's fine, but there is no need for me to go back to the store if they don't even carry a food portioner or the mixing bowl I wanted.

Always a good resource for entertaining needs and at excellent prices. The quality, color options and thoughtfulness put into houseware make it hard to compete with WS. The outlet is close to my house which really feeds into my addiction for table scapes and new table settings. I highly recommend.

My experience at William and Sonoma was good until I saw the true colors of the management there, yes I was unprofessional by saying things on the intercom but it was an accident wasn’t properly shown how to use it was not patient at all with the process of hiring and training rude boss and superficial it’s funny how she thinks she has power when she work at the outlets, told me I had a chance to work again, then she texted me saying I’m taking you of the schedule and then I asked for my schedule she didn’t send it, then I went to work on my scheduled day, got there the assistant manager fired me even though they said I got a chance, then later I found out she blocked me on her phone, very sad lady I can just tell, I honestly feel bad, was kind of hideous as well, she had a nasty bowl cut???
