“I left Truist after 24 years. Their merger with BB&T and closing all of their locations made it difficult to go into a branch and get waited on in a timely manner. I didn't realize the difference between a credit union and a bank. A credit union gives you money and a bank takes your money. I have auto loans with Dupont as their interest rates are the cheapest around. They're checking account helps you grow money. No fees! And I get reimbursed fees for using other ATMs. All of the branches are clean and the staff are professional and friendly. I highly recommend Dupont to anyone over any Bank.”
“I have been a customer of this Bank since 2015. I've always been treated pretty well by the staff at the bank. They have a former employee who was one of the rudest people I ever met while she was working there and then outside of her job she was a full-on Karen. Sorry to anyone named Karen. But no issues with anyone at the bank itself. I have never received any hidden fees or charges or anything like that. They did help me quite a few times with a couple unauthorized usages.”
