“Automatic car wash now accepts credit cards which is a big plus. However, it is not clear what the sequence of actions is to select and pay for the desired wash. Do you swipe your card then push the button for the desired wash or do you push the button for the desired wash and then swipe your card? Turns out it is the latter process. Instructions should be added to the selection panel telling the customer the required sequence. The person in front of me couldn't get the wash to work with her credit card and ended up paying cash. I had problems getting it to work also. Fortunately, the attendant on duty saw I was having problems and used his master credit card to set things up. My wash ended up being free thanks to his help. Thanks!The wash itself (top line $12 wash) is pretty good. I'd say it removes 90% to 95% of the dirt from my car. Normally I hand wash my car but did not have time to do it myself for this wash. I did have to clean the windshield and side glass of water spots and touch up the wheels and tires. Otherwise I was satisfied with the wash that was done.I have never used the hand spray wash in the bays next to the Automatic wash so I have no comment on those.”
