The pharmacy folks were extremely busy with vaccinations & filling prescriptions, however the lady at the counter helped get my wife's prescription asap since it was for Covid. The pharmacist even came down to go over the med's details & made suggestions for me as well. Much appreciated your kindness!

Justice helped me get my medications on time by helping resolve an issue related to getting a timely response for a request for a medicine substitution. This was critical as I was traveling and only had a small window to get it.
She was friendly, patient, and effective. I was grateful and impressed!

This store NEVER has your prescriptions ready. They will not fill prescriptions sent to them unless you call and since they leave them “in process” for days, you have to spend ages battling through the AI voice on the phone to convince it that, yes you really do need to speak to a pharmacist. Even once you make it through the AI switchboard you then have to sit on hold for 20+ minutes. Im switching all of my scrips to another pharmacy and I recommend that you do the same.

Overall the biggest issue is the wait time. The first time I did not complain but this is the second time in a row which waiting has become a factor. First, the automated system does not allow for any notification or text option when prescriptions are ready or in process, big disadvantage compared to Kroger and Walmart. Only after I called did my prescription become "in progress" and given an estimated time. Arrived at the estimated time, prescription was not made and waited another 10 minutes. Sad because only needed 12 pills and workers were not busy as they were restocking. After prescription was made waited another 8 minutes for the pharmacist to get off the phone to check the prescription. Overall, poor operations and how fluid the process is.This is a continuation of my encounter on 18AUG23. Today I received a voicemail stating I had two prescriptions ready today, 20AUG23 Sunday, though I was just at the Pharmacy on 18AUG23. When I arrived I asked it it was a duplicate, which was of the prescription I picked up on the 18th. But the second one I inquired as to why it was not processed on the same day. I wad told someone on the 18th invalidated the second prescription but did not know why. I would like to know why my prescription was invalidated and two days later validated and filled after I was already at the Pharmacy?

Pulled into the drive through with 1 car in front of us. 25 minutes later, still sitting in the same place with 5+ cars behind and no way to leave the line. Clearly this store needs help, more staff, or new management. It should never take more than 10 minutes in the drive through line. I hate leaving bad reviews but this place should be avoided.

An absolute train wreck. Auto-fill never works. No one answers the phone. They had personnel issues in the past but it appears to be ongoing, forever. This CVS would better serve its customers by not existing so we could all move on. Looking forward to the day robots take over counting pills and dispensing them via a vending machine rather than a disgruntled half-shell of a human being.

I had an overall good experience at this CVS. The employees were nice and helpful. One employee helped me find a gallon of water. It was not on the shelf, but it was in the back. I appreciated it because I needed water and it was at least twice as much for the other ones. There was a suspicious lack of organic food at this location. At other locations I have purchased organic pistachios, organic popcorn (without butter), organic snacks and bars, etc. They had organic honey, but not much else. They had what I came for which was hydrogen peroxide wipes. I bought two containers of them. The woman that checked me out was nice. She took a minute to help another customer at the self-service desk and appreciated my patience. I didn't mind waiting a minute.

Great CVS location! We stopped by here on a recent trip to Lexington, VA and we found everything we needed -- snacks, plastic utensils, paper towels, etc. Service was great and parking was plentiful. I have no complaints and would certainly visit again (in fact, we stopped by twice during our Lexington trip).
