I went to Sydney and I honestly would not recommend. She was 40 mins late to the appointment after she pushed my time to 9:15. I felt like she rushed through my appointment. She didn’t not wash all the color out. So every time I brush my hair it’s still coming out. Which I’ve never had happen. Usually when I get my hair dyed it takes 2 hours or more cause I have a lot of hair but it only took her like an hour and a half. I will not be returning.Service: Hair coloring

I went to get my hair done on 9/5 with Sydney.I was supposed to get a keratin complex smoothing treatment.She said she was going to use a different treatment that would help smooth the hair and help with frizz.The original treatment that we usually do, she said she was unable to pick up at the store because the store was closed for Labor Day.She did the treatment and after she got done drying/straightening my hair, it was for the most part straight, but still had a lot of frizz.She said she could do the original keratin complex treatment I usually do, but she had to still pick it up at the store since they were closed for Labor Day. She said she would charge me $100 for treatment she did that day and $40 for the keratin complex smoothing treatment.I gave her $140 before leaving to cover the treatment she did that day, and $40 to cover the treatment she was supposed to be picking up.On Thursday when she started doing the treatment I could tell by the process that it was not the same treatment.I pointed it out to her and she assured me that it was the same treatment, they just used different packaging.I’ve been getting keratin treatments for over 10 years and I know how the process goes as well as the way the treatment smells.Something just didn’t seem right so I continued to ask her if this was the same treatment. She continued to say yes, the company just used different packaging.Different packaging shouldn’t affect the smell of a product.When she started to dry my hair I noticed that my hair was frizzy and very sticky.With a keratin smoothing treatment it should blow dry smooth with little to no frizz.She said it was the product and once she flat ironed it then it would go away.I told her I had never experienced that with a keratin smoothing treatment before.She continued to assure me that it was the same product, just different packaging.Sydney had to stop and go to another client.I noticed that she left the bottle that she was using so I picked it up.On the bottle it said STS express smoothing treatment.I googled the product and it wasn’t a keratin treatment.It even says on their website.When she came back I pointed it out to her and she still continued to lie to me and say it was the same treatment, just different packaging.Sydney did not only lie to my face, but wasted my time/money.When I left I gave her a $25 tip.I honestly feel like with the waste of time/money and lies, as well as the fact that she didn’t even do the correct treatment I shouldn’t have left any money, but I did.When I got home I went to message Sydney on Facebook to let her know I was highly disappointed and not satisfied with my hair, as well as the the way my hair looked/felt.When I went to message her on Facebook i noticed that she blocked me.I went to text her and noticed she blocked me on that also.I am now out of $165 and my hair doesn’t look or feel any better then when i went to her.This has honestly been the worst experience and waste of time/money I’ve ever experienced with my hair.Services: Keratin treatments

Jennifer Carter is the best hair dresser around! I came in with dark hair wanting blonde and she got the job done! Her pricing is amazing on top of it! Definitely recommend Jennifer!
