Best realtors ever. Our search was lengthy and we had problems with our initial mortgage. James River Realtors came through shining when we were at our lowest. Lily was our primary realtor, she was patient, creative in helping us imagine outside our boxes, and knowledgeable about the Shenandoah Valley. Mary Beth is terrific at creating walkthrough videos for far away clients and clearly explaining Virginia realty law. Janie has put this group together, she is experienced, responsive, and uses her lifelong local residency to benefit all their clients. I’m grateful to each of them. James River Realtors has our highest possible recommendation.

Janie was highly recommended to us by a close friend and she did an exceptional job negotiating and closing on a specialty property for us. She is incredibly well connected to the entire community and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. We were several states away and the property we were interested in did not have great pictures so Janie video chatted an initial walk through for us. We decided to drive over 1000 miles to see the property in person only to find out another offer had just been put in. Janie helped us evaluate the situation and drafted a competitive backup offer that then moved to primary offer. Additional negotiation after the inspection followed by a timely closing netted us our retirement home and also that we will recommend Janie to anyone who asks for a realtor recommendation. 10 Stars!!!

Mary Beth Harris went above and beyond to help us with my Uncles property when he passed we are in Indiana and she made sure the sale happened and even though we hit some bumps a long the way she made sure that we as the sellers and the buyers were happy & well informed. I highly recommend her
