Nice people and a family run shop but very overwhelmed with work. You can see this just by driving by their shop and seeing cars overflowing into the street.
Had our car for 4 months to replace the engine when our car broke down in Lexington. They stopped answering their phone for 2 months month so we didn't know the status of the car. They don't even have an answering machine to leave a message. Eventually had to drive 3 hrs. round trip to talk to them in person and figure out what was going on.
Paid them $6,500 to complete the task. They returned it with the check engine light on and the service due light on. We just took the car because we didn't trust them any longer.
We took it to a shop we trust in Charlottesville and it required thousands of additional dollars put into it.

Jon’s Import did a very good job with my Mercedes ML on short notice when I was in Lexington. Moreover, they stood behind their work above and beyond the call of duty when a new part failed through no fault of theirs. Highly recommend and will use them again. Good folks and conscientious.

Great service in a way not seen in a long time! Reliable, responsible, honest, professional! I have been taking my car there for awhile now and have nothing but great service! I was even able to picke up my car when they were closed, bc I needed it! Thank you Jon and Joh's Mom!!!!

My homie took his car in to have his water pump swapped out. Got his car back and still isn’t running right. Shady business. Told my buddy his water pump that he bought from advance was defective. $200 plus worth of labor and still in the same situation. I’d avoid this place. Obviously dude is my as responsible as his father. :D

Nothing fancy, but got the job done. Efficient, friendly and economical. What more could you want? If you need fancy wait rooms and coffee machines, you probably want to go somewhere else. But if you want your car fixed and not choke at the size of the bill, Jon's the place.

Paid almost 1100 dollars after my car broke down on my way to Mississippi from DC. They had my car for almost 3 months for a fuel pump and fuel sending unit on a 2005 clk 500 Mercedes. Once I got to my car my battery was dead and I had to boost the car off then my fuel hand stopped working. Nice people at da shop but avoid this place if u can

Josh (son of Jon) is friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all honest. I take all my cars to this local repair shop because I know Josh will look for the best way to fix my car. Nothing has stumped him, and he prices all of his fixes honestly. This family-run business is a pearl in the Lexington community.

Josh took us right in on the spot after telling him we are passing thru the town and need out suspension adjusted. He also swapped a corroded relay for our horn. Excellent and honest shop. Very very fair priced as well.Highly recommend over any other shop in the area (that told us to come back next day after letting them know we are just passing by and are stuck here without getting the suspension raised)
