Please do not ever get rid of the two frozen spicy potstickers (bibigo and buldak)! Walmart was a huge let down with their frozen international foods. I will be shopping at Kroger for frozen & self-stable international foods!

Isles aren’t designed very friendly and it takes forever to find anything in this store, if they even have it. Lots of confusion.

Only self checkout was open. Refused to open a real checkout saying they can't then they do 2 minutes later. Self checkout helper clocked out after looking at my screen that needed assistance. Banned. Corporate trash.

Pick up orders weekly for our family and every single time, we are given expired, moldy or poor quality food. This is not only a safety and health issue, but this can seriously sicken a child permanently or any individual..cheesecake is sitting in their fridge that expired in DEC 2023 and well before then...go check! My husband went back with an old one, and found that every single one was severely expired by months. I am constantly purchasing groceries for my toddlers snacks and meals, and my husband and I are seeing that 9/10 times, the produce is moldy and slimy. Deli meats are old, breads are stale and many pantry items are past shelf. We have been given month old kids yogurts numerous times this year. Just yesterday 5/27/24 we were given GREEN molded buns (wonderful when you are grilling for the family for a holiday and realize you bought new buns that you now have to toss and lost your money over). We have gone in to ask for customer service, it is a complete joke. This issue has been brought up many times and the management does not care at all to change anything, until the day someone becomes critically ill or dies from food poisoning. For such a nice town, the options for quality, affordable healthy food is VERY limited, and the local Kroger should not be one that you should physically worry about buying from every week. You should buy your food carefully but without fear of potentially making your family ill, the store is REQUIRED to provide safe food by law and purpose. And more especially given the pricing of it all these days. And for the folks that will say "just go to the farmers market"- sure, we do when we can, but you cannot buy all FRUIT there, Lexington does not grow avocados, or deli meats or PB&J options, kids' yogurts, formula, etc...The Kroger supermarket needs to be completely renovated and new management is required that actually cares about food quality and safety. And a better slope and parking situation for pick up orders would also be great...they can afford it. Anyway, not sure if or when that is going to happen, but we have many date-stamped photos of all of the rotten, molded food provided to us all these last few months, and no one there is willing to do anything. They assure refunds and store credits on the app but you never see it applied to orders. I don't want credit for OLD and dangerous food, I want my money back. Kroger app is a scam, just another greedy corporation. We will escalate where possible and hope others might consider doing the same locally. If you are shopping at this Kroger, please please please check the dates on your foods, always sniff test what you serve your little ones and babies, and always check what they put in your bags before leaving the store for pick up orders. Go in when you are able to, but trust me, you will still find yourself putting things back that are expired even then. It is a losing battle with this facility. Safe eating and shopping!

Traveled over 30 miles from Clifton Forge to come to this Kroger's, despite having one in town. The addition of an actual meat/seafood counter and sake make the trip worthwhile.

I scheduled a pick up order. I was told when I got there that their truck was late so I would have to wait an extra 20 minutes. I did not complain and reassured them that It was not a big deal yet they insisted I take a $20 gift card for any inconvenience I felt. That's what I call great customer service. Thank you Kroger of Lexington!

Some of the front cashiers are extremely rude!!! Management has been advised but nothing is ever done!! No one seems to care! Taking my shopping to Food Lion! A local TV station is very interested in doing a story on this. Stay tuned.

One of cashiers is very rude! Wants you to use self checkout when you have a full cart of groceries!! Has happened a number of times! Middle age dark haired lady. They have no register line open when the store opens in the morning. Will probably start shopping at Food Lion.

Self check out is a nightmare. Three separate times attendant called they have you on video that they play back showing you putting each item in your bag. Each time the lady would say yes you have that in your bag. Third time when she said it I told her each of these items could also be bought at the food Lion right down the road where they have cashier's. See my point lady...my time is valuable and big brother recording me is unacceptable.

Been shopping here for years. Today it was advertised all senior citizens would receive 5% discount. Was told the manager said it didnt apply to his store. No discount. Called HQ and got the credit. Also, I dont know why they have taken it upon them selves to stop carrying many items that sell.
