I used to love it here and the service department. Definitely going to start looking for a different ford location as they do not listen when you tell them there is an issue after they've worked on your car. Almost 8 months later and 2 visits, still Nothing is fixed and they just keep screaming buy new tires.... I've done that twice and yes all 4 at one time.

Used the online scheduler and was estimated at $350 for transfer, brake, and radiator flush/fluid replacement. Turned out to be $550, 150% price difference! Also, had an appointment for 9am but truck was not ready until after 5pm. 8 hours for three flushes. Either they did not work on my truck until last minute (what's the point of an appointment time) or don't have the proper personnel to execute the services. Over the past 5 years this dealer has gone down in service and I have given them several chances, this was the last one.

Took my car there when it wouldn't start. They had it for 3 months. When I got it back there were other problems that weren't there when dropped off. Avoid this place at all costs!

I left my car to investigate a rattle in the engine on Tuesday, September 28, 2021. The car remains with them on Friday, October 8, 2021 and they have yet to fully diagnose the problem and refuse to offer me any idea as to how much longer they will have it. I cannot receive a loaner because the warranty will only pay for one when the repairs begin and only if they are covered. This continues a pattern with Magic City Ford in Lexington, Virginia.

My husband was looking to trade his truck in and made the mistake of stopping here (even after I warned him not to). His truck is a 4WD 06 and in great shape for it's age. When they drove his truck to assess it they put the emergency brake on and drove it to make it seem like it was smoking. Upon their return they also told him it needed new brakes and rotors (which had just been replaced). They low balled him offering him half of what the book value is and half of what other dealers have offered him in the area. I do not recommend this dealership and honestly I don't know how they stay in business. This place is a joke.

I live in Lexington Va and I use this Ford house as my car repair shop for all my makes of cars (Ford Nissan Mazda Hyundai). Over several years and all kinds of repairs and tire replacements they have done right by me. I always schedule by appointment and they are always ready when I arrive. Their prices are average but their work is above average.

I will never do business here. When I came for the delivery of a vehicle, the very nice finance lady wasn't in yet. The secretary was the most inattentive person I've ever come in contact. She sat there when I walked up to the desk ignoring me until I said excuse me. No smile no warm welcome nothing. Told me the finance lady just got in and would be with me shortly. We waited 15 minutes and she did not come out so we asked the secretary again who was very put off by being interrupted. Her phone etiquette was so underwhelming when she answered a call, I can't imagine anyone wanting to set foot in here. The 2 people in the service center and Wendy the finance lady were very nice but this other woman ruined the entire experience. Don't bother. Edit 1 the car just completely died in the middle of the intersection at the bottom of the driveway because there wasn't enough gas to get to the GAS STATION!!!!!!!!! Bone dry. Edit 2 THE BATTERY IS DEAD!

While driving to Lexington for a event at the horse center, a skid plate under our truck broke loose. We stopped by this dealership, as it's between our hotel and the horse show. When their service center finally acknowledged my presence, they said they were unable to help and booked solid through the weekend, while I could clearly see open bays in the shop and employees standing around. Terrible service.

Terrible dealership. Shocking for a small town dealer to be so bad at customer service. Don't expect prompt, reliable or respectful service. To avoid these people, it's worth the drive to other dealers. Kind of place that gave used car salesmen a bad rep.

I recently had a complete brake job done at a repair shop in Northern Virginia. While traveling through Lexington on my way home, my car stopped working. Turns out, the brake screws weren't tightened properly and my car was extremely unsafe. After asking a few locals, they insisted that Magic City Ford Lexington was the reputable shop in the area, so I had my car towed to their location to have it diagnosed. Ryan and JR were wonderful - I'm so grateful that they found the problem and fixed my car that very day. An honest repair shop with good mechanics is hard to come by these days, and I'm so appreciative of their diagnosis and brake repair so my car is safe to drive again. Thank you!

Completely inept! These people are not properly trained on the cars they service. I called to schedule an appointment for our vehicle that would have been covered under a Certified Pre-Owned warranty. The person on the phone told me "we can do a diagnostic but they generally don't find anything wrong in these cases." Additionally, he didn't know the specifics of a CPO warranty and told me IF they found anything (after a $125 diagnostic fee), I would be paying the whole amount. He did call back later and told me it could be "this sensor" and the cost would be around $800. I called the Ford dealership in Staunton. They knew exactly what I was talking about, had 3-4 suggestions for possible repairs, understood a CPO warranty and were very professional. Magic City, you blew your last chance. From now on, I will drive the 40 minutes to Staunton.

Just had my car worked on here. It took 4 days and a phone call to get them to look at it, two days to get the parts in, and two more after another call to get to and finish the work. All totaled, they had my car for 11 days. Once done the work was to standard. Everyone was overly nice when I picked it up.
