“I was Greeted by Kelly who is such a wonderful Person, she took me back to the office and she was very kind and gentle. i had a Problem with my requisition,for some reason wasn't pulling up in the system and since that its already paid for in advance Kelly was concerned that if she send it i might get billed for it again. she was so nice to go an extra step and talk to my Dr. office to inform them that it seems that there is something wrong and that my information is not showing up in her system, she got every thing resolved before i leave the office and get my test done. I really appreciate her help and concern making sure every thing is right for me even though all she had to do was take my blood sample and send it.. Thank you so much I had Very nice experience at this location The place is very clean and recommend this Lab.”
