“First of all Zack was very helpful and professional with service and set up of my new phone. However after being a Verizon customer for over 35 years and currently due an upgrade l still couldn’t get a new phone for free despite Verizon’s misleading adds spouting free l phone 17 for new and current customers!!! Very disappointing and probably my last Verizon phone. I am not blaming Zack.”
