Pack and Mail is a one stop shop that is now under new management. Customers find the store very organized and efficient looking. The service is excellent, responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. The owner is super friendly, polite, and goes above and beyond for every customer, providing great service with a smile. They are very helpful and communicative for shipping expensive, large, or awkward items, even creating custom boxes and packing carefully. The price is reasonable. It is efficient for dropping off pre-printed labels with no wait time. Customers are very happy and will definitely use this location again.

This new Owner Lesset is Awesome, Always smiling and is very helpful, I went in to ship some of my crafts and I was in and out in such a short time even though there were other customers in the store. I love all the new additions especially all the new cute tops with beautiful bold messages.

Great place to get fingerprints done and drop off prelabeled amazon returns. Lady that did my fingerprints was very fast and professional.
