“While I was in line waiting to check out. I experienced a lady who didn't understand she needed to ring the bell or walk over about 10 feet to ask the store employee Kelly for assistance. This lady had a attitude from the start and was mad because Kelly nicely said let me take care of these two gentlemen first, because what you need will take a few minutes. Kelly was nothing but as nice as she could be, never once said anything out of the way to this disrespectful customer. I absolutely spoke up for Kelly because she was just doing her job and didn't deserve to get talked too that way. All because the lady didn't give her a coupon when she checked her out prior. Kelly remained professional and kept quiet while this rude lady kept being disrespectful.”

“Traveling on I-81, we pulled in because we left our marshmallow skewers behind cand no camping trip can be complete without SMores. One store employee sent me to kitchen area. Not a skewer in site.
Luckily for me, a very kind self checkout clerk stopped what she was doing and pointed me to sporting goods. Sharon should be rewarded for excellent customer service. My grandkids can recharge their sugar needs because of her”
