I stopped here on a road trip for work. The store was clean and well organized. The employees were friendly but a little on the board side as business wasn't exactly booming on a Saturday. I was looking for a pair of men's asics and the employees helped me locate the only two styles they had witch fortunately one fit. The check out process was easy and no pushy to join there Rewards program. The store was clean and well stocked.

Your website says 10:00 am to open on Sundays… I come at 11:00 not open… sign on the door says you open at 12:00.. update your website!! Gas is not cheap!!

I've visited this particular store due to its location. And every time there is something either I'm not acknowledged, sales associate has their family member behind the register and today I walked in and was informed they were closing at 4:15 for an emergency. Very frustrating to say the least.

Staff was helpful, prices seem fair. Talked with them about what I was looking for and a nice lady walked me up and down the aisles until we found something that worked.

The young lady was absolutely wonderful. She greeted me when I came in. She helped me find shoes within my budget. She had other customers but she followed up with me. I felt she represented your Lexington Virginia store well. I bought a great pair of shoes. She was excellent. I highly recommend this store. She takes her job seriously. I will be back. I didn't end up buying any shoes because I was looking for something very specific. I will be back though! JC was extremely helpful and even measured my feet so I could order the correct size online. Outstanding customer service!

Over price most of the time and when it's a sale going on it 98% of the time mostly women's and kids hardly ever any good deal on mens

Love the variety of styles but staff doesn't offer any assistance once you are browsing especially when they don't have your size and a regular customer..Staff stood around at front just chatting. Very disappointed in service unless you specifically ask for it.
