Jessica is the girl, hooked me up with wifi Hotspot and after forgetting about coming back she called and reminded me about free upgrade for older Hotspot. If tmobile had better cell service I'd have jessica take care of all my devices.

We were lied to had my wife added to my phone was told in the beginning the phones were free they are not free we also go wifi later date and was told the I pad was free found out we were lied to again I'm so pissed off as soon as I can I will hire attorney and i am goingmake sure this doesn't happen to someone else it's a bate and switch situation so sick of this company have had nothing but trouble since I signed on with them I referred people too they got screwed too. Lexington store dishonest never answer the phone there either someone needs to evaluate their stores

My husband has a plan with t-moble we got wifi and the promotion was if we got wifi we would get a free iPad we have 2 line's and phones we were lied too and we are so pissed of about this store we will not recommend this company or store to another person ever again

I had an issue with my phone this morning ( 1/21/24) The 2 ladies working were so nice an helpful. They called customer service for me and helped me work thru the issue. Thanks again

This store is very dishonest! I left the store with 2 new phones and a $130.00 plan. I asked multiple times if my bill was going to be $130 and was assured each time that yes it was. The phones were free because we traded in our old ones. I would never have traded in my perfectly good phones if the new ones weren't free. My bill is $186.00 because we are paying monthly installments on the phones and when I went in to ask why, I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I feel it was a true bait and switch operation and can't wait to get off TMobile!!!

A dishonest, non accountable unprofessional near to hateful team at this store and a mind-blowingly inept experience overall for weeks where consumers enjoy in person the seething, eyerolling, bipolar rude to polite staff who badmouth everything including their own company and the nearby competitionwhile eating at the counter and the company is lying to the public about offers they don't have even though they are in print This doesn't include the impossible wait times for phone service and the subsequent hold transfer times or the agents who scream at you Only to result in still paying activation fees for devices you turned in but they failed to tell you were not closed out although u have a paper receipt saying you're through. And other mistakesOh and the lying about their identities when the supervisor got involvedENJOY THE RIDE PEOPLE AND WATCH YOUR DISBELIEF GROW AS YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE RISES AND YOUR BLOOD BOILS while U try to remain calm. Wait!!!So you are telling me that you can't deactivate a device I no longer use!!I find that very hard to believe when you activate devices and phones all day long, adding additional lines and Internet and this and that.It seems like they are a new customers best friends and act willing to help.

Awful customer service, rude, ignorant, incompetent sales representatives and poor management. Don’t waste your time going into this store. You would get better service on the phone talking to someone in India who is more polite and who actually know what they’re selling or talking about. I’ve never experienced the level of the Lexington Virginia’s T-Mobile’s stupidity in any other T-Mobile store. As if listening to the woman’s gibberish is not bad enough, you have to watch them roll their eyes as they’re trying to think. Beware of what these clowns at this location tell you or try to sell you, in addition to refusing to render/honor services which you pay monthly protection fees to have. Sketchy to say the least. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Shady, Shady, Shady!!

I'd rather go to the DMV because even the DMV is faster and more pleasant. These people lie, are incompetent and have no idea how to provide customer service. T-mobile is not bad, but this store is horrendous!

If you are looking for a great T-Mobile location steer clear of this one. They lie about promotions, your personal account info is left on post it notes all over the front desk and in the office, the manager is never present, lies to get sales, unplug the phone so they don’t have to answer it and all around just a bad situation. If you’re looking for a great store I would suggest making a trip to Waynesboro from my personal experience. This is not a legit T-Mobile location. They are an authorized retailer. They don’t care about your billing issues they are about getting a sale off of you and don’t explain anything and when they do it’s usually a lie. Keep your distance from this one.

We went into the TMobile store to check about service in our area. They were unable to answer our questions completely & told us that we could try a phone out for 2 weeks- we just had to pay activation fee & taxes. If it worked great come back & switch to TMobile. If not bring it back & get a full refund. The phone didn't work out for us, so we took it back, but only received $2.83 back. They told us the rest was a restocking fee. This was never mentioned to start with. So just be sure your getting the whole story from them when dealing with them. Lessons learned.

Went in with a phone problem. The lady at the counter didn’t know how to help me (even though her name tag said mobile expert lol). She had to ask I guess the manager, but she was to busy texting on her phone to speak to me directly so she relayed the information that they couldn’t do anything through her employee. SMH customer service is non existing at this location

kary helped me at this location, and she went above and beyond!! If you can come to this location, do it! This location has been the most helpful for me in the southwest Virginia area. kary helped me with returning my old phone, and helping me the best way so I can get the best deal. She also helped me figure out how to work my new phone. She is pleasant and patient, and she has amazing customer service. Thank you for everything, and whenever I need help I will drive an hour out to this location for help. Also they have fast service, no wait!
