Worst experience I have ever had with ups. Had a package 2 day air. Didn’t make it until two days after the date I was told. Manager at the office tried to tell me it couldn’t be delivered on time because the address was on a military post. Tried to tell me the military base wouldn’t let the ups man on the base because the base was closed. Straight up lied to me on the phone. Called the military post and was told that they did not close. The manager was super unprofessional. Website says 2 day air is a money back guarantee. Was told I wasn’t getting nothing back because it still made it. Will ensure to tell everyone I know that this store is trash

Horrible experience. I sent next day air letter. Paid $61.42 to get it there B4 noon. Want delivered until 2 days later. Was told I would get a refund. 2 phone calls to get told I would get a check in 2 weeks. 28 days later I get a check for 47.94 instead. Bottom of check says won't pay for fuel and processing (8.33 and.22). Who does this? Either way check is still short. After 3 calls to robo operator I finally get a snotty clerk that tells me to call UPS store. The mgr tells me I got to much back and that there is another(rural fee) I can't see on my bill? Really? Who does this. Also, the mgr talked over me the whole time I tried to explain. Very poor service. Sorry to have bothered you. Will never use will not recommend.

Two packages were dropped off at the store in Oct 2023. Proof of receipt and tracking numbers were provided. Per UPS, they never received the packages from the store. Amir, the owner, had no explanation and offered no apology. In fact, he criticized my wife, who dropped them off, for not getting them insured. Avoid this business.

Had to return my daughter’s shoes from Amazon. The guy was very helpful and the whole experience was a breeze. It’s a bright spot in Lexington.

I was at this location today, Diana was more than helpful - went out of her way to assist me when I was completely clueless! Literally made my day! The customer service here is always so impressive, Diana was just AWESOME!
