Two packages were dropped off at the store in Oct 2023. Proof of receipt and tracking numbers were provided. Per UPS, they never received the packages from the store. Amir, the owner, had no explanation and offered no apology. In fact, he criticized my wife, who dropped them off, for not getting them insured. Avoid this business.

Had to return my daughter’s shoes from Amazon. The guy was very helpful and the whole experience was a breeze. It’s a bright spot in Lexington.

I was at this location today, Diana was more than helpful - went out of her way to assist me when I was completely clueless! Literally made my day! The customer service here is always so impressive, Diana was just AWESOME!

As others have noted… absurd charges for printing a UPS label… at a UPS store. This is the only authorized place to return Amazon purchases in the area, and frequently I have no problems with dropping off items via QR code.Today I was surprised by the store policy of charging $3.15 to have a UPS label printed for my Amazon return. According to the app it was supposed to be a free return, and the store clerk said it would be fine for me to email them the UPS label to affix to the package. I even had my own box and tape.At no point before attaching my label to the box did they mention that the label would cost three dollars. Only after it was attached to the box did they tell me there would be a charge. Given the sequence of things and their tone of voice, and the fact that it was already attached to my box I felt I had no choice but to pay.I feel that the order of events was a deceptive practice. I own a printer at home and would have simply printed the label the next day and made the return without a charge if I had been informed of the costs in advance.They can keep my $3.15, but I figure it’s worth warning people that the business does not divulge costs up front, so beware of larger purchases like packing or shipping.

We come here quite often to make Amazon returns and have sometimes gotten things printed. The staff are always friendly, professional and quite helpful. This place gets top marks for their service-with-a-smile attitude. It’s a rare thing to find these days and important recognize when you do. Thanks.

Kind every time we go there. A few years ago I would have written a horrible review on a person that worked there but hands have changed thank goodness. Everyone there now is kind and helpful anytime we call or go in.

We’ve been traveling a lot this year and discovered that UPS is very useful in helping with our administrative and business tasks. They’ve never let us down, and that includes the UPS store in Lexington VA. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We walk in with whatever we have and they make suggestions that are helpful and save us money. They have printed documents that we have emailed them, we sign and they mail. Yes, they charge for their printing service, but the cost seems reasonable to us. Paper, toner and printer maintenance all cost money! We’ve never had to wait more than a minute or two to be waited on.
