Mail carrier throws boxes of live animals no matter what it is and will delay our mail because of a Jack Russel barking at her ups and fedex get 5 stars.

I order a lot of books especially online, I received 6 books today, 5 were in a set and one individual and 3 of 6 books are bent and buckled and damaged. I literally heard the package slam into my door from my bedroom because the mail man threw it so hard. This is not the first time this has happened either, this is actually my 4th or 5th complaint about this post offices mail persons. I’ve also had 2-3 packages not turn up at all but marked delivered. I added the picture of the one I just opened. The binding is bent and smashed and the book has a buckle in it.

The USPS gets 5 stars for our mail carrier, who is wonderful, but 1 star for system performance. To wit: I live in Lexington, VA and recently ordered an item from a seller in Orange, VA. Orange and Lexington are 80 miles apart. My package went from Orange, VA to Greensboro, NC (206 miles), then to Richmond (187 miles), Charlottesville, VA (69 miles) and finally to Lexington (70 miles). Total distance travelled - 532 miles. I understand the concept of shipping hubs, but nothing about this shipping path makes sense. Sending a parcel on a 4-stop, 500+ mile journey when a single intermediate stop in Charlottesville (100 miles, total), a matter of a few key strokes in the routing algorithm, is beyond incompetence.

Absolutely horrible. Me and my brother got Valentine's cards from Grandma that was supposed to have money in there .it was opened when we got it. No money inside . Somebody is stealing money from gift cards . Tried calling the post office when it was opened but they don't answer. Not even a voicemail it just rings. If you're trying to gift someone money be cautious because it might be stolen . No stars what so ever. Also had packages that weren't mine at my house and the ones that were mine where at the wrong house or mailboxes. Thanks a lot thieves.

The clerk could not have been nicer! Very helpful, pleasant, and quick. You can get in without stairs from the parking lot.
The deliveries all made their destinations as estimated!! GREAT service!

I received a stool, my brother helped the lady bring it across the yard. I had to return and reorder it. She didn't deliver it because it wouldn't fit in her truck. I went to get it. I'm 77. Yesterday the post person claimed they attempted to deliver a package at 1:33. I was here and that was a lie. One more incident and I'm filing a formal complaint .

This is one of the worst USPS I’ve dealt in my life so far. My mail arrives in rips and pieces. The mail is from today (3/22/22). This is not the first letter that came to me with a chunk of letters and information missing. Wish I had taken pictures of the previous ones. I had two packages that arrived ripped open, and a small box that had a dent in it like it was stepped on. I’ve lived in other cities and states, and yes I had some issues here and there, but never had I seen people treat others’ packages and mail like it’s trash.

They marked package as delivered but it was never delivered to me.Edit: I called them and they were able to find my package and deliver it to me.
