In November 2023 I went to the Stanton Walmart with my boyfriend, and he opened a Verizon account in his name for me to use. We signed a contract for a phone payment plan and for service. The employee helping us, who stated she was from this location, set up the account and showed me everything I needed to know to make the payment. Except for the fact that she opened two accounts and the service was on one, and the phone on the other. I have gone into two separate locations and all the do is put you on the phone with customer service. And all customer service does is transfer you from department to department until someone hangs up on you. His credit score has dropped significantly, and the second account (that we were unaware of until it got sent to collections) has been closed. No one wants to help, and this employee is no where to be found. Coming close to hiring a lawyerUpdate to this. Victra reached out to me and denied responsibility for their employee. It's a Verizon issue, not theirs. They say I have to call the customer service line, which I have done many times over the course of the last 2 months and have gotten nowhere. Will be hiring a lawyer
