In November 2023 I went to the Stanton Walmart with my boyfriend, and he opened a Verizon account in his name for me to use. We signed a contract for a phone payment plan and for service. The employee helping us, who stated she was from this location, set up the account and showed me everything I needed to know to make the payment. Except for the fact that she opened two accounts and the service was on one, and the phone on the other. I have gone into two separate locations and all the do is put you on the phone with customer service. And all customer service does is transfer you from department to department until someone hangs up on you. His credit score has dropped significantly, and the second account (that we were unaware of until it got sent to collections) has been closed. No one wants to help, and this employee is no where to be found. Coming close to hiring a lawyerUpdate to this. Victra reached out to me and denied responsibility for their employee. It's a Verizon issue, not theirs. They say I have to call the customer service line, which I have done many times over the course of the last 2 months and have gotten nowhere. Will be hiring a lawyer

I took my mother in to get her a new phone and was lucky to have Josalynn assist us. I explained her needs, and he came up with an excellent phone for her. She is 82 and this is her first smartphone. Josalynn, thanks for everything

When my phone fritzed out, Darren the store employee did an OUTSTANDING job helping me get set up with a new phone, while also helping out like 3 other people at the same time, including one guy who was having a hell of a time getting his number switched over. Five stars for Darren!

Jocelyn is a SERVICE SUPERSTAR ! She delivers that "IT" with class and care and has a giant reservoir of smarts and patience with a cherry on top!! We had to come in on a holiday after losing a phone and despite Verizon's system being down for a while (not the store, all of Verizon), Sydney came in and helped us immediately. She was knowledgeable and very helpful, she even saved us from buying the wrong case that would've been slightly too small for the new phone.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with! And I've left reviews for the DMV. A agreed contract for $500 for my old phone as a trade in was not acknowledged and I'm being accused of trading in a faulty phone after they said it was allegable for a trade in....I don't have my phone and can't get my phone to argue this point

My goodness my goodness. Just when I thought all hope was lost in these young people. Thursday I met a very personable young lady. She was bubbly and easy to talk to very patient and just overall kind. 10/10 service! Great service great personality. Sydney was very helpful!

Absolutely horrible. Only 1 person was working and she made it loud and clear she was closing at 7pm. It was about 6:30pm. I told her she had a bad attitude and I wondered who the Manager was. SHE was the Manager. I will never recommend that store.

Stopped by the Verizon store in Lexington, wanted to swith back to Verizon, got approved for the 23 ultra, told them I'd think on it for a few, made an appointment for Sunday the 12th at 2pm, no one was there an a sign said they would be back at 230, the weather was bad so I couldn't wait, go over there today an for some reason they ran another check an denied me, neither ladies could tell me why, so called the customer service an told them what was going on, they put me on hold then hung up, call back an told the next person the story, they transferred me to someone else, that person wanted to transfer me to another department so they could run my credit again, all I wanted to know is why I was first approved an now denied, kept getting the run around, I have good credit an was approved last ime for the s9 plus, anyway guess I'll keep with xfinity

Sonce (Sp?)my sales associate was incredible. Just as she was selling me a new iPhone (stressful for me worrying about data transfer etc) two service techs came in & cut internet to store to run new cable. My transaction took hours as we had to wait for techs to restore service. She was so cool in a very stressful situation. She also rushed to aid gentleman who had fallen right outside store.I can’t recommend this store (and sales staff more).

Changing technology can get complicated, but Jocelyn made the process of upgrading an easy and seamless one, even as she handled other customer needs with the same helpfulness and courtesy. People make all the difference, and this Verizon retailer benefits from the excellence of this employee.
