Very bad service, I called today July 3 at 2 pm to ask for information about the service, the lady or lady who answered the call hung up on me 2 times without saying anything also the horn and directly hung up without giving me any explanations the 3rd time she answered the call and directly with you, she tells me to wait online for 25 minutes.They have to be more professional. At least they would have told me to call back in 25 minutes. Or give me your number. I'll call you back.

First off, Google has the wrong hours and I sent a report because it said 8PM. I had to wait for my phone to be delivered and because of the holidays, my delivery didn’t get to my home until late. It was after 7 so I thought I still had time. We walked all the way up there to the sign being closed at 7. I’m disabled and already in pain from the rain, just to have it be closed. I called on Friday the 1st to see if they had any phones in stock. They didn’t answer and never called back so had to wait until they opened to walk over there. She was very rude when I asked her if she had phones in stock. They had very limited phones so I had to buy it off the website. Nowhere did it say I had to pay a fee to have my SIM card put in the phone. I purchased phones before and never had to pay to have it done. When they upgraded the network, we had to get new SIM cards and I took them to this store. I wasn’t charged so why should I have to pay especially if I’m already a Boost Mobile customer? I’m disabled and on a fixed income so an unexpected charge of $24 is not ok.

Ask for Paula - She should be running the whole corporation. Answered everything and got me set up in under 5 minutes and was very polite with me when I was not in the best mood after spending an hour and a half getting hung up on by customer service over the phone. Paula is the reason I stayed with this company when I was just about to switch providers.ASK FOR PAULA!!!

Went there today to swap my iPhone XR with my new iPhone 12Pro. The Hispanic girl working behind the counter was very lovely and well spoken. She managed to complete the phone swap in 35 minutes. She greeted every customer that walked in and was helpful and patient to those customers with little English. I just loved the way she addressed customers of color. She referred to us as “my brother and my sister”. It was so uplifting and liberating to feel so welcome. Thank you :)

I didn't get the discount for my prepaid internet. Instead I was charged the full $80 plus the service fee. I didn't realize I got ripped off until I got home.
