“My mom and I had an absolutely fabulous time at the Holladay House Inn's "Low" tea! From the moment we stepped in, Pat showed us warmth and hospitality, seating us at our cozy table.
As we settled in, we couldn't help but be charmed by the inn's ambiance. Learning about its history added an extra layer of enjoyment to our experience.
Now, let's talk tea – the cranberry muffin green tea was an absolute showstopper! The food was great too. They source their desserts from a bakery in Charlottesville.
But the real stars of the show were Pat and Monica. Their exceptional hospitality and thoughtfulness truly made our day. Before we left, Pat shared some stellar recommendations for exploring Orange, setting us up for an amazing rest of the day.

“Just recently had my wedding of 136 people at this gorgeous estate. Julie and Dave were so unbelievably nice, hospitable, and very flexible based on our needs for the weekend. Walden Hall was the PERFECT location, both my and my husband's family were able to enjoy each others company the entire weekend, and we got so many compliments about the venue. She was able to help us with vendors as well, which definitely made the planning process easier. The venue was gorgeous and just what we were looking for. “I had Bean soup with ham appetizer (it was some of the best I have ever eaten), locally sourced fillet, potatoes and vegetables; my wife had Salmon. All was excellent top end. I look forward to dining there again. The building is very historic built in the early 1700s and you may want to bring a sweater in the winter. Great atmosphere.”
