This was my first time going to this nail salon after being a regular at one of the other local nail salons ( messed up my nails on multiple occasions). I was serviced by Jason & he is AMAZING. My daughter and I went for full set and pedicure and we are highly satisfied! They took their time and was very intricate. Will definitely start coming here regularly!

Jason is a very professional nail tech. He is very skilled and meets all customer expectations and requests. He fixed my nails after a bad nail experience and is very talented.

I had a wonderful experience at SAAM Nail Salon and Spa. I received a gel manicure and a regular pedicure, and Aaron was amazing! He took his time and even managed to straighten one of my nails that’s usually very curved—something no one has ever been able to do before. The atmosphere was relaxing and I will definitely be going back again!

Quality work! Perfectly sculpted and painted nails everytime. These guys are the real deal and soooo nice. To top it off they have a puppy 😭 what is better? But fr I can go here worry free and know they will do a phenomenal job ❤️

My Granddaughte and I r both got pedicures. She got polish and since it was her birthday Aaron treated her to a special sparkle on her polish.
Aaron and Josh both very professional. We had 9am appointments and where in the chairs at 9.
Seeing Ramen was a plus. Thank you for making her day a little more special.

This review is so long overdue. Like 4-5 months ago I stumbled upon this nail salon during a difficult time. My brother was very ill and eventually passed away. I was in the area and wanted to get my nails done as a pick me up. The service was absolutely INCREDIBLE. Without any knowledge of my personal struggles they made me smile, were engaging and made it a point to make sure I got what I wanted and then some. Truly phenomenal people, service, and SO clean. I plan on going back today or tomorrow and I’m so excited. They’ve been on my mind since that first encounter and I haven’t had my nails done since (grief is weird). Check them out for sure!!

Under new management!
If you've been holding off on coming to this salon because of previous experiences..you're missing out of some incredible pampering by the new team at Saam Nails & Spa! the work is gorgeous, the staff are very sweet, very serious about their work and take their time. Their prices ARE the best out of the three salons in this area and independent nail techs/artists. I was the same way and I regret not coming sooner! I spent $110 on my last set(the pink, silver, zebra and zebra split pink set) with a tip. I spent $100 with a tip on this set...you aren't going to find prices like that for work like that anywhere else. So come take a walk on the wild side! 🙃 what's the worst that can happen? If you're still on the fence like I was ask for Jason and I promise you won't regret it! Also remember you're paying me their expertise, you want someone who isn't going to file your nails down so bad they're damaged and you get the ring of fire, give you a infection, make you bleed or have any type of pain and aren't going to price gouge you.
This was my second appointment, Jason is my nail tech and will continue to be lol I've included the first set he did that we're INSANELY GORGEOUS and I'm still sad I changed the design today lol
Keep up the good work Jason, Aaron, Emily and anyone else I missed, you guys do amazing work and I can't wait to see this salon grow!

Really enjoyed my “Happy Birthday to me” Iconic Collagen Pedicure, with bonus neck and shoulder massage… including essential oils and paraffin wax… Jason and Aaron were terrific!! I will definitely come back!!

As someone who has been drawing and painting for years and has a very artistic family, I found Aaron to be a soulmate. And he's a perfectionist at what he does.
The two gentlemen that run the shop are beyond kind, respectful, and hard-working individuals and Locust Grove is very blessed to have them and their services!

Service was great! My daughter and I went there to get ready for our beach trip and had a great experience. Both guys were super nice and did a great job. We will definitely be back again!

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I have been going to this salon for a few years. Always had great service. Now under new (not improved) management. We went in for pedicures and were met by a frenetic and unruly dog who proceeded to jump all over us. We were told it was a 15-minute wait. When my husband sat down in the waiting area, the dog jumped up on the sofa and proceeded to jump on him and lick him. The sofa looked like it had been torn up by said dog with ripped upholstery and stuffing all over the place. We left. This cannot possibly be sanitary. Keep your unruly dog at home or in a crate, please. We ended up going to the mall for a relaxing experience. We won't be back.
EDITED TO ADD: You are NEW owners, not the ones we’ve trusted for years. And that is NOT a service animal. True SERVICE animals have extensive training and disciplined behavior. They do not jump on people or furniture. You are among those who give service animals a bad rap. Again, we won’t be back and we will let our friends and neighbors know why. Just stop with the “service animal” facade.

Love coming here to get my nails done. Got a birthday mani pedi and it was great! Relaxing atmosphere and they did a great job!
