This Subway location offers the best fresh subs that I have had. The service is friendly and I recommend this location highly.We will be regular customers to this Subway location.

Under new management!!! Let’s give this place another try, now that the mean lady no longer works there.Very sweet and friendly people, food was great, and the place was spotless!Now that it’s under new management, next time I’ll bring my coupons with me and see if they now accept them.

Probably the worst Subway I've ever ordered from. Ordered for sandwiches in the app and picked up in person. Walked in to them pulling my order ticket off the machine. Complaining that I didn't tip (before they knew that it was my order and I was standing at the counter). Why would I tip, all they did was assemble the sandwiches, didn't interact with me until the order was complete. I don't tip the McDonald's burger flipper either. The sandwiches were all terribly under made, less meat, cheese, and toppings than every other subway in Fredericksburg or Stafford where I normally get a sub for lunch. Signs up saying they won't except coupons and soda fountain refills are a dollar each (not that I had a coupon or soda). My opinion is to just skip it and order elsewhere.

Signs up saying they won't except any coupons and soda fountain refills are a dollar each (not that I had a coupon or soda). Maybe they could turn a better profit by operating in line with Subway's business model and not going against their value sandwich shop model. Every person with cognitive reasoning ability knows that people go to Subway for cheap quick food. It is not a high-end restaurant, people go for tge deal. Honestly honor coupons and give service with a smile and you might be able to provide a respectable service to your community. My opinion is to just skip this location and order elsewhere.

I would recommend others to try this location again. The lady working behind the counter is very kind. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. I’m thinking this location must be under new management because I didn’t have any issues at all!

Change in management. I went here before the change and service is significantly better now. Workers are friendly now (used to be pretty rude).Much better overall experience now. Wouldn't recommend going before. Would now.

Under new management and have had nothing but great experiences since. Very kind and friendly workers, very good quality food, no complaints. Clean environment, positive attitudes, the sweetest lady who's been working lately is so kind. I encourage others to give this location another chance with the new changes.

Unfortunately the other local Subway closed. This location has been nothing but a negative place to walk in the door to due to who I assume is the owner. Not only did she let us know the last time we tried to get subs there that she doesn't provide swiss cheese anymore because it's too expensive. But today I called to order a single sandwich for pickup as a friend was picking up for me as she was on the way to my home, and she tells me that she doesn't do pick up orders anymore she can't trust that people will show up. I guarantee her I would and it was willing to pay over the phone. She should not be a business owner and it's really unfortunate that we don't have the other location still available where the service was excellent.

How does this place even stay open? She is the meanest, rudest and nastiest person that I've EVER seen doing any sort of customer service activity!! She was so mean and rude last time that I said never again!!! And I've not gone back!!!! I'd rather eat dirt!

The Hispanic lady, she is very rude, saw me with a coupon in my hand and told me no, no, if you come to exchange coupons for food, there isn't anything here, if you want to eat you have to pay, in reality I'm not asking for free food but I got a coupon at my house and it caught my attention, it was a bad experience and I was better off going to another restaurant.restaurant. her name Rosa Maria Muños.
