The staff is always warm and welcoming. They are knowledgeable and ready to help. I have needed help with several different issues over the years and they always found an acceptable solution for me. They are amazing; I have been using the Locust Grove branch for 25 years and, as long as the staff remains there, so will I.

Let me state that yes I do not have an account here but after the treatment given my husband will definitely not ever open an account here. My husband stopped at your bank to break a hundred dollar bill into two fifties, the time the woman at the window took to tell him since he was not a customer she could not give him two fifties for his hundred, she could have given him the two fifties for hundred.This was a great opportunity to spread goodwill as we are looking for a local bank but we will keep on looking.

Always is able to preform the things I need a bank to preform. I have even banks through the drive through in a dinosaur costume.

Ignored us at the drive up window and helped another patron first. Once I gave up and decided to try inside -found that I wasn’t worth their time for notary services as we didn’t have an account there. (My dad does) then wouldn’t allow me to walk out the door except some unknown path of exit. Won’t go back!
