The new check out line might make sense at Walmart HQ, but doesn't really make sense... at Walmart. This used to be a good place to shop but no longer - taking my business somewhere else.

They are constantly stocking with carts During the day, which makes it a little hard sometimes to maneuver. And they’re out of stock of a lot of things all the time.

I am very displeased. I bought a Cricuit Maker, when i opened the box it was not the right machine. Someone had returned one that was old and used, and not even the machine. When I went to the store to return it, they gave me my money back. When asked for a manager, Valerie who is a team lead came up and said they would not replace/drop the price down for a new one. That it was on the claims team and the customer service who didn't pay attention when opening the box. She said all they do is open the box and see if the product is inside if it “looks like the one on the box”, and if it is they return it and put a clearance sticker on it and put it back on the shelf. She also stated she could only give me an extra 10% off for a brand new one, i declined bc what was in the box is not what i bought. Also, the things that are supposed to be included were not in the box. This is ridiculous and outrageous. I have worked at a Walmart and this is not how high ticket items work barcodes and s/n numbers are supposed to match if not items can’t be returned. This walmart needs to take in account they are in the wrong and need to resolve the issue will not be buying any high ticket items anymore. To the Coach that reads this stay on top of ur people all high ticket items are supposed to be security tagged and they aren’t…have a nice day:))

The new maze to get through the checkouts is nothing less than standing in line at Disney now.
Is corporate Walmart this xxxxxxx stupid?
Only 2 registers open and you have to go in the same line as self checkout does.
Wake Up Walmart.
Soon Public’s will be open They Love their customers.
Bye bye Walmart your stock holders will love you forever. ?
