Unfortunately I have to put a review on the website. I truly like the owner Mr. Singh but it’s one employee, Ms. Tee who works in the morning. She is the absolute rudest person on the planet. She should not be working in customer service. There was a long line and she was putting up lottery tickets instead waiting on customers. Her attitude is SO nasty. I only come to this store because I like the other people who work here. She is very argumentative and should be fired from this store. Ms. Tee you are a poor representation of Mr. Singh and the 7/11 organization. You really need to find some other work where you do not have to deal with people. No one person should be that nasty at 8 am in the morning. It’s the same thing every morning, nasty attitude.

With the new GAS HOLD Authorizations of $125 and up at GAS Stations. Merchants (Gas Stations) should bear some responsibility of posting WARNINGS at the pumps helping people KNOW so that their bank account doesn't fall into the domino effect of bills and bank fees piling up. A simple warning would eliminate unnecessary stress. $16 worth of GAS and $125 hold causes so many problems to pile in.Holds DO TAKE 8 TO 20 business days to release. It would really suck for a struggling single mother trying make ends meet.A gasoline hold notification on the pumps could save alot of people (who don't know) alot of grief and anxiety. ???

On 6 June 2020, I was sitting in my car across from this 7/11, eating my breakfast from the Burger King next door. I had intended to go into this 7/11 to buy a newspaper after I finished eating, but I was disturbed and concerned about what I saw. In approximately 10 to 15 minutes while I was there, I saw about 10 customers walk into that store not wearing the mandatory face masks. They were not turned away and came out with items apparently bought from inside the store. Since Fairfax County is still in Pase I due to COVID-19, I chose not to potentially expose myself and went somewhere else to buy the newspaper.

Literal worst convenience store experience of my life. Got scolded for not wanting to buy a fountain drink that had run out of syrup then they refused to honor a buy 2 get 3rd free candy bar sale. The management was rude and made a massive production over the candy bar that cost us valuable road trip time. Dude THREW A CANDY BAR AT MY FIANCE!!! DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL TRY TO OVERCHARGE YOU AND THEY ARE RUDE, not to mention they kept stepping right over one of the nastiest sticky floors I've ever seen in a public establishment. Just screw these guys!

This location has a dirty parking lot, and the store inventory has expired food. Customer service is non-existent , and interaction with the staff is a negative experience. I've lived in the Lorton area for over a decade, and all they care about is getting your money and not the people that they serve. I took my three nieces to this establishment for the free 7-11 Slurpee give away, and the machine had an out of order sign written in ballpoint pen. Again I have been in this establishment for over a decade, and the machine has never been out of order, and the day of the give away; the Slurpee machine is down...How convenient? I will never go to this establishment again.

Very poor service. I'm a regular customer to this store. The funny thing is the owner of the store is a crazy old lady. She is a rude, indecent and a unpolished lady. Always behaving like a mad person. She destroyed that company name “seven elevenâ€.
