BEWARE!!! They have a credit card reader on their ATM machine!!! I know for a fact because I’ve only ever used my debit card once which was this morning and tonight my card was used for purchases my husband and I did not make!

I've been a resident that live about 5 mins from this location and I've know all workers there from early morning to late night (3-4-5-6 am) and they have always been friendly to me and always updating fresh products and serving you in a timely matter. These workers have seen me in my best and worst and they know who I am and are very friendly. Yes sometimes they are not helpful because they don't understood but they are always nice and ready to help. I've made friends with them and I am happy with the service they provide- im the girl who is always buying beers and sigs lol ?

I stopped by to fill the tank during a long road trip further down south. It was pretty clean from what I could see. Prices were very fair for gas and cigarettes (I don't smoke but my brother made that remark). As a result, I would come again the next time I am in the area.

Got my card skimmed here. The clerk didn't offer me a reciept at checkout, and I regret brushing it off. Pay cash if you go here and don't wanna share your card number lol

7-119402 Richmond HwyLorton, VA 22079I have visited this particular store on several occassions. And, each instance has proven the same: lack luster. Courtesy has never been extended. The male employees simply glare at you and extend the receipt without any formal exchange.And, to add even further insult as a paying customer simply asked for a fresh heated product as opposed to ones that have been visibly sitting under a heat lamp or warmer for hours. And, Your employee responds and I quote ''What's wrong, these NOT good enough for you.''As if to imply your paying customers should accept and consume whatever is available albeit paying for it. The audacity and faciciousness is sinply mind boggling.As if asking for a freshly prepared product is too much of a daunting task: placing a prepackaged item in an expedited turbo oven for 4-5 minutes is overwhelming for said employee at this location.You can't ask for a bag either without attitude to note.The greater issue is that an employee at this particular 7-11 location would utter such to a paying customer. patronage that enables their salary to be paid. And, furthermore complacent in that they find no fault in this deplorable rhetoric and behavior. You can be certain this isn't the first time. Only the first time a customer took the time and initiative to write in large detail to made public notice.And, this is very much astounding with so many competitors within relative close proximity. One could almost acertain that this chains employees really don't hold an appreciation for customers patroning this7-11.My review(s) are written to align with my experiences. I earnestly hope this review is seen by corporate.I find it difficult to accept this instance as cultural indifferences rather than simply vitriol from disgruntled employees that don't seem to acknowledge you have competeting franchises within walking distance of your location.Edit: A response in detail was forwarded per request to email address provided. As a (Veteran/Military member)it is of the utmost importance that such instances are provided in detail.All customers should be treated fairly and equallly. And, sorely disapointed in said employee and store experience.
