04/07/2025 @3:09am After spending almost 10-15 minutes trying to buy my food, a $6 transaction, 4 taquitos, the system was not working, the clerk asked me to use an atm which would have me spend more then 50% of what my food cost, I stated I could come back to pay, I come here a lot after all, he stated he would put the food back which is against the law and unhygienic, basically he would rather the food go to waste then risk I not be honorable when, this whole thing is going because their system is not working…. Disappointing

This 711 sucks. The employee was in there mopping but the doors were locked. He saw me trying to come in to buy stuff and just waved at me. I'm just going to avoid this one in the future.

June 3, 2024. The new owner treat
customers differently. She watch black people like they are up to no good and beneath her. She been cheating me on Monday’s on a refill coffee. When it was a sign clearly saying one dollar refill on Mondays. When I inquired, she took the sign down. The store is clean and the coffee is good,, but it’s something about her that does not sit well with me .She has no idea that my son is a famous football player.

I read a review here that said a greeting goes a long way and it’s true. Nice peeps in this location. They’ll greet you as soon as you walk through the door and when you exit. Best 7-11 service fr. Parking is scarce and the location itself is tucked away in the corner but definitely worth going here if it’s in your route

THIS 711 off Gunston RD in Lorton VA locks their doors and closes their store everyday at midnight 12AM. A bit confused after the 3rd time going there I asked the 711 Associate why? He pointed to a sign that said “closed” but then pointed to another sign that said in short, police are on duty at this particular location to “ deter crimes.”Noticing my complex expression the 711 Associate said “the police make us close store at midnight.”My questions to the owner of this 711 Franchise is… Will this be a new policy for ALL 711’s to close early or just yours off Gunston Rd??? Are the Fairfax County Police forcing you to close your business early?? Finally, if it is true that you will be closing early, what is the reason this decision was triggered? I have always felt safe no matter the time visiting your establishment and the convenience of this location was a plus especially, for late night runs. Whatever the reason is, I’m wondering if this will be a trend nation wide.
