They do not not how to take care of the client. It’s been a year and most of the windows came defective. It’s $60k worth of windows. The manager does not discuss nor the sales guy who ordered the windows does answer his cell any more. It’s really frustrating as I have been their client for 10 years and they just gave up on me. Whenever I call they just keep arguing and no solution. I am hiring an attorney to open a case against them and dispute the charges as well. I would never ever suggest anyone dealing with alside ever again. They are frauds and annoying to deal with. My windows are still not done and are under warranty.

My review is solely based on the Rep I had to deal with...not the whole company. I wish I didn't have to deal with this rep but unfortunately I am forced to because he's the only one who handles installs & because of the company who holds the warranty for our windows (which I also would never recommend either). I've been trying to get 1 window replaced since March of 2022 & 3 windows later I am still waiting for hopefully that LAST one...first the measurements were wrong (not measured by myself but the company that holds the warranty), 2nd window arrived broken (I understand Alside is not at fault for this), 3rd was cracked by the installers & now the 4th was ordered but according to the sales rep "we don't actually know for sure until we actually get the parts in our warehouse the ship date" which makes absolutely NO SENSE! It's 2023 how are you not able to track windows that you order when that is your job & business?!?!? Communication is nonexistent with the rep I'm currently dealing with - I have had to reach out each time just to get an update smdh

I have honestly never used this service, but the drivers absolutely need to be replaced. The driver that was driving the truck today (with very long dreads, skinny guy I think he was probably about 5’4) pulled his truck out of his parking spot so fast I would’ve ran into him if I was any closer. I politely double honked my horn so he would realize that I was there, and tried to tell him he almost got hit and he needs to be careful when pulling out of a space in a large truck, but he gave me a dirty look and waved me on without apologizing. I decided to turn around and to talk with who I think was his boss. This made the guy super mad and I was pretty sure he was gonna possibly assault me if he didn’t have maybe 10+ coworkers standing around him. Not sure if this company is very large, but for the ones who store their vehicles on Termial Rd in Alexandria is absolutely unprofessional. Might I mention I am 110lbs and 5’2 on a good day. It wasn’t until I pointed out how small I was that his boss made him step back. I wouldn’t trust these people with absolutely anything including my furniture.
