The reviews on the branch doesn't surprise me one bit and in fact, I wish I would've looked them over before I decided to open an account with them last year. I rushed from the hospital to get to this branch before 4 p.m. to open an important account. I waited a few minutes at the desk waiting to a branch manager to approach me until finally someone from behind the line informed me that she would be with me in a moment. When she finally came over, I explained to her that I needed to open a business account, she stated that she would need to schedule an appointment for me to come back because they close at 4 p.m. mind you, this interaction took place before 4 p.m. I explained to her that I'm getting ready to go into surgery and bothered, she took a breath and said wait a minute, goes by the relation bankers office and explains that I need to open an account and she too gave a look of annoyance as she got up to approach me. Once again, explaining that opening an account isn't easy and that they would need to schedule me for a day to come back in. I explained again the important of having it done today since I was going into surgery, she took didn't seem to care and explained that I can either go online to set it up or go back in another day. I asked her how long it would take to close an account, she responded just a couple minutes so I decided to just close the account instead since 1. I need a bank that offers better customer service and 2. I need a bank that's convenient and stay's open longer than a 10-4 window. Well, the 2 minutes took over 15 minutes which I'm CERTAIN would've been enough time for them to just open the account that I needed. Honestly, I'm interested in knowing where customer service has gone. If I'm already in there with minutes to spare, why wouldn't you just help me when I stated the importance of opening the account? Why is it so necessary to give people a hard time? You're only in the branch for 6 hours anyway, couldn't you spare an additional 15-20 minutes to help a customer? Doesn't even matter. I closed my account, and will be going back to close the rest of the business accounts we have with them and will gladly take business to another establishment. You guys need to do better or just reduce your hours from 10-4 to 0.

If there was a less than one star rate I would give it to this branch. Very bad management. Unprofessional bank tellers , one of them a Hispanic teller she barely speaks English so friendly and helpful only with customers who speaks Spanish. My wife ask that teller for a cashiers check and handed her cash, instead of giving my wife the check she deposited her money into her account! Finally, she gave the cashier's check and my wife mailed the check to the recipient. In the meantime, while we are trying to go the bus stop to pick our children from the school bus, the bank called my wife to tell her that the check is invalid and she needs to make another one but the bank closed!!The problem the bank manager takes no action to stop the disastrous work of that teller and her colleague despite all the complaints against them and their bad attitude.

Worst branch ever. No staff. Huge lines. Long wait. Opens at 10 not 9 as other banks. Very slow and unfriendly staff.

The staff is very friendly and courteous, but disorganized and slow. I had a pre/ordered foreign currency exchange, but apparently only one person had access to the vault and he was gone to lunch. I was told I had to wait until he returned, but he would be back any second. Then I was told he was back from lunch but still I was kept waiting. There was only one other customer in the branch at the time so I'm not what was causing the delay. Finally, after about a 20 minute wait someone brought me the currency. This whole process used to take about five minutes at my old bank.

This Branch is the worst. ATM does not work often and now they close at 4pm but all the signs say 5 pm... why would a bank close at 4 pm. This branch needs the extra time for how long it takes to provide services!!

Worst branch ever I've dealt with. No service whatsoever. Never do business here. Off course unless you want to be treated bad.

This is the worst location!! Every time I come here is a reminder! Drive through isn't working, always a line and sometimes maybe more than 1 teller working. Be prepared to be here over 15 - 20 min just to make a deposit!!

I just tried to call BofA at 4:52 p.m. to schedule a visit tomorrow to discuss a home loan ($ 1,000,000). No answer and then a recording saying everyone was busy and that I could go online to schedule an appointment. I think I will go elsewhere.

Wow. They literally have ONE person helping a long line of people. They have other people who work here just walking around talking, but not helping the line moving. If there was another branch closer, I would go there. Beautiful branch, terrible service. Smh.

This bank is so slow. Theres always a line and it never moves. I have told them numerous times that especially on weekends and "busy" times have more tellers available. The management seems to ignore what I have to say. This branch needs serious help.

The drive-up window is hardly ever open during the hours stated. The wait time inside and outside of the bank is ridiculous. Manager of the bank needs to reorganize. Also, it does not seem like there are enough tellers.

A reason why I don't bank with BOA (besides the ridiculous fees and unfriendly banking options). Went to make a deposit for my mother because she was not able to leave the house and stood in the drive thru lane for a while and no one acknowledged me standing, looking around, waiting to be helped. Parked my car, went inside the branch to wait in line. I asked one of the employees why there wasn't anyone at the drive thru line and his response was "the lady must have gone to lunch" (it was 2:45pm with no back up? Meanwhile there were 3 employees standing around near the front entrance). I suggested it might be helpful to pull the screen shades down to avoid customers from just waiting in the car lane without a sign on the Teller Window informing customers its closed and to come into the branch. He then asked me "did you see the CLOSED light above the car lane?" I responded no because I wouldn't think to look if it's the middle if the day. As I continued to wait in line he proceeded to ask what I needed to do and I stated "I need to make a deposit". He asked if I had a BOA card to use. I said no. He asked if I banked with BOA. I said no. He proceeded to tell me that I would not be able to make the deposit because I do not bank with them. Insane! I have never dealt with or heard of a bank not accepting a deposit and requiring me to bank with them in order to successfully make a deposit for my mother. Making a deposit is not a benefit or a bank perk. I understand if I wanted to get a BOA gift card or if was requesting a money order/cashier check or asking to have a document notarized, but instead you have to jump through hoops to make a simple deposit. This must be a new way of forcing people to bank with you. Maybe their business approach needs to be re-evaluated.

I would give zero stars if possible....this bank has extremely long waits. I have been here on several different occasions where there is only one teller working on a Friday afternoon. I would not utilize this bank if it were not for me having to drop a check in my landlords account! Unfortunately, I have to come inside the bank to do this. Pissed customer!!!!
