Sam was the sales representative I dealt with, and was very professional and patient - helping to show me several options within my budget. I was a little nervous using a business I had no referrals for, but this ended up being a surprisingly satisfactory experience. I received a quality carpet at a lower price than was quoted from many other installers. No issues with the install team - they were efficient, professional, courteous, and left my new carpeted basement spotless. This was the least stressful part of a larger kitchen and basement remodel following a major household flood.”
