They are irresponsible, they lost my package, I still don't understand why, when they have the address very well, they lose things on purpose, it seems to me that the package was delivered to me but that's not the case, I still haven't received anything, and they don't solve me either nothing

I suspect my package was never attempted to deliver twice for some nefarious reason. Probably have to file a claim.

Lorton got theifes as workers. Package was missing the day it was delivered. Didn't leave at front door. Left in common area. Was stolen by driver. Asked neighbors they didn't see anyone but the driver that day..If they stole my car ressonator that was 50 bucks you bet they will steal anything worth of value not insured or signature delivery. Or boxed up. Don't use FEDEX

My package has been sitting on a truck in Lorton for 2 days! And now they dont have a delivery date for me. This is after being hung up on by their automotive machine twice today and FedEx losing the package over and over for the past 3 weeks! What a joke! I will not be purchasing anything that ships through FedEx ever again. Why don't you have a local phone number???
