I got quoted almost 200 to get my laptop fixed which I was fine with since everywhere else was higher, however after they discovered the issue was more minor they went ahead and charged me half the price, which in a world full of scammers and unethical people, where they could have fixed it and taken that 200 they let me know and only charged me what was needed! Truly great full for this store!!

Paid 193 on a repair I couldn't do myself on my laptop having charging problems, turn around was just 3 days, and they were always in contact.Also picked up a refurbished gaming laptop from there too, great deal at 450.

I came here a few years ago and I paid hundreds of dollars to repair my macbook that had liquid damage. It took them months to get a replacement part and kept delaying the eta (granted, im sure they were very busy so i will give them grace, but dont provide ETAs and expectations to your customers when you cant deliver on your promises). I got my laptop back months later, and after 3 days it was still broken and this time the laptop wouldnt even turn on. They had asked me to give them a 5-star review right as I was paying too so i felt obligated to write a 5 star review initially , which isnt great business practice if you want honest feedback from customers. This made me incredibly doubtful suspicious of their reviews on google which i initally relied on to go seek their business in the first place. I was so frustrated that I didnt even want to go back here to get the laptop fixed again. It’s just been sitting in my storage and I saw it again while cleaning my house recently and it brought my anger and frustration back, thus leading me to write this very delayed review. Im really upset that I spent hundreds of dollars to repair my macbook which was only 7months old at the time I damaged it, so the whole experience was just very disheartening for me.If the owners claim this is a “competitor leaving bad reviews” like I see them doing on other comments, I’m going to be really pissed because you did not just rob me of hundreds of dollars to claim my bad experience is invalid. I’m sure they have done great work for other customers, but this was just my personal experience and I don’t like the shady business tactics here (delayed ETA, lack of communication, failed to fix my laptop, and forcing me to write a 5-star review).
