Have been meaning to leave feedback for Johan and his team. I can’t say enough positive things about Kolex. We originally used them a couple of years ago when my wife and I were both rear ended in the span of a couple of months in our relatively new Teslas. Having searched the web for local places we took a chance on Kolex without much familiarity with their business. We could not have made a better decision. Johan was an absolute professional through the entire process. He kept us updated consistently and made sure the insurance headache was no headache at all. His team did fantastic work and both of our cars looked great by the time they were done.
Fast forward a couple of years and my Tesla has been replaced by an EV9. I had some damage to the rear view mirror (this time my fault). The Kia dealership wanted me to sign a quote for up to $2300 in case they needed to replace the entire mirror, paint, and whatever other non-sense they were up charging me (for a part that cost $40).
I took the car back to Johan. He inspected the vehicle and told me there was absolutely no chance I should pay the dealership quote. Within a week they had ordered the part, painted it, and replaced the old damaged frame. No need to replace the entire mirror. Final cost - $250. And the cherry on top was the cleaning and detail they did that could have easily been worth a hundred dollars by itself. Car came back looking better than I left it with them.
Again, as a small business owner myself we far too often only hear from clients when they have an issue and rarely when the business provides excellent service. Johan Rosas and his team at Kolex are truly excellent to work with and should be commended for the quality and care they show their customers. A+ business top to bottom.

This place has great customer service and is very competent in what they do. The work was impeccable and my car looks as if it was never damaged. I would recommend to anyone who needs body repair on their care.

They left it looking brand new on the outside where the damage was AND they cleaned the inside.
Normally Tesla repairs and parts take forever, but they did it extremely fast.

Unsatisfactory customer service. I recently took my Tesla to this repair shop, and while they did a great job fixing my vehicle, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The atmosphere in the office was quite tense, and the employee at the front desk seemed barely able to contain his frustration or irritation. He answered my questions in a stiff manner, as if each additional question was pushing him closer to the edge. This interaction created a very unpleasant vibe overall. Despite being satisfied with the repairs, the negative customer service experience left a bad impression that I can’t shake off. I hope they can improve their customer relations in the future. Would not recommend or come back.

I had an exceptional experience with Kolex and their team. From start to finish, they kept me well-informed about the progress of my vehicle, detailing exactly what needed to be fixed and outlining the next steps along the way. They went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning the interior of my car, which was a nice touch.
When I went to pick up my vehicle, the owner/manager Mr. Shahey Tenkerian, personally assisted me, taking the time to show me the work that had been completed. He carefully explained all the details and ensured I was fully satisfied with the results.
Kolex exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of bodywork. If I ever require repairs in the future, I won't hesitate to return to them. A big thank you to the entire team at Kolex!

I had a wonderful experience with Kolex and their staff. They did an amazing job of keeping me informed as to where they were in the process, what needed to get fixed, and any next steps. They even did a thorough cleaning of the interior of my car. If I ever need bodywork again, I will be going back to Kolex in a heartbeat!

My Tesla Had it for 2 weeks - got hit and the OP insurance told me Kolex was the closest certified Tesla repair shop. Kolex was on point. Fixed car in 3 days. Work was great. The communicated great. Washed my car, and they ever decided to throw in a set of used but like new all weather mats that were form fitting -incredibly cool of them . Take your car here if it gets in an accident. Dudes are proper!! Thanks Kolex.

My tesla hit the curb in the middle of our trip and find Kolex to repair.
Of course, the car being fixed perfectly. But that is not the only reason I gave 5 star.
1. They are very nice, waived my parking fee since I lived very far from VA and not easy to plan trip and they also charged my car before I take it.
2. They fixed some alignment issue and body work without charge.
Definitely recommend this store!
