I had an excellent experience with Carpet Express. The installation process was efficient and smooth, and the installers were professional and courteous. I was impressed that the 3-man team could move my furniture out, expertly install 4 bedrooms and a long hallway and haul away my old carpet in less than a day. The quality of the installation was top-notch, and the carpet looks great. I was also pleased with the price, which was very reasonable compared to other companies I researched. The owner and his son were both involved in the installation process and were very professional and honest throughout the entire process. They answered all of my questions and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the installation before we decided to purchase their services. Their level of customer service was exceptional, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable carpet installation company.

Highly recommend! We worked with Bruce in 2016 for new flooring in our main level, and with Arian this month for new carpet in our upper level. Great customer service, great products and pricing, and the installation crew was on time, super nice and did a great job! Arian was so helpful in picking a product to fit our budget and style! We know several of our friends who have also used them and loved working with this family-owned business.

Our experience was top notch from beginning to end with Mattress and Carpet Express. Arian was a consummate professional, from consultation in our home, to our visits at their showroom, and throughout the installation process - even after! He was knowledgeable and patient while we asked dozens of questions. We had the pleasure of consulting with his father while we were in their showroom, and he was wonderful as well. We also can’t say enough about Robin and the installation crew. They worked quickly and efficiently and were friendly and courteous throughout—true craftsmen. The final results are better than we imagined. We are very happy we went with a family-owned business over a big box store. Service was unparalleled. Robin even accompanied Arian for the in-house consultation. We highly recommend Mattress and Carpet Express for any flooring projects you may have. We’ll be spreading the word to our friends as well.

The most professional, stress-free experience I’ve ever had with any contracting company. Mattress & Carpet Express did hardwood and carpet for 2 floors of my home. These guys are clearly knowledgeable and provided a seamless experience from start to finish.They’re a family run company and clearly take pride in the quality of work. They’ve worked closely with their own installation team for years and it shows. They are efficient, hard-working experts in their field.I honestly couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Can't say enough good things about Ari and his team of installers! From start to finish, they made it seamless! We contacted Ari about installing new carpet in preparation for a move, and he did a great job guiding the decision-making and scheduling process. We had the pleasure of having a beautiful kitchen and bathroom floor installed by this company. My kitchen looks bigger and brighter. My bathroom looks wonderful! Arian was friendly, honest and professional to deal with. The prices were reasonable. Installation was professionally done by two guys who did a great job. I originally contacted Mattress & Carpet Express on the advice of my listing agent. I was planning on selling and needed new flooring throughout my TH.Arian provided me with the information and solutions I was looking for, and when the time came to do the work he coordinated with my other contractor who was painting the interior of the house, so that they can coordinate their schedules and get everything done on time and smoothly.I opted for LVF on the main level and wall to wall carpets on the second floor. Everything looks amazing. There were a few minor fixes, but those were addressed rapidly.I would definitely recommend Mattress & Carpet Express for your next remodel.

I have been searching for new flooring for years but did not see anything that I liked. Then I walked into Mattress & Carpet Express and met Arian!! He is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He helped me pick out various samples and brought them to my home to see how they looked. So much better than looking at small samples at Home Depot! There is never any pressure to buy. So we both agreed on a Mohawk floor called Flax Hickory. Robin and Pepe installed my floor in one day and worked as an accomplished team and the floor was done in no time. I cannot say how happy and pleased I am with the whole process. Arian stayed on top of everything and called to make sure all was going well and informed me when the team would be here and also called after they left to make sure everything was done correctly. I have never had such good customer service. I have only good things to say about this team and I absolutely LOVE my new floors. Best purchase I have ever made. Thank you Arian.

I have used carpet express more than one time and I will use them againThey are very professional and very expert in their field. The owner and his son Arian are amazing team . They work hard to get you what you want, and don’t leave until you are satisfied. His installers are very professional and work fast. I would recommend them for everyone that is looking to change their carpet or floor . They have a great selection of products. Their products are great quality and their service and craftsmanship is excellent.

I’ve worked with Arian four times and have always received incredible and attentive service. The first few times I priced out several providers and they beat everyone. With my new house I was under serious time pressure (needed new carpet before I moved in) with a 3 day window to close on new house, get it painted, and then get the carpet in before moving on the third day. Arian came through (even on a weekend) and made all the difference. I could not recommend Mattress and Carpet Express any stronger. Great people, great service, great prices and quality installation.
