I had a very disappointing experience with Marvin and Mtr. I brought my car in for an issue that Marvin assured me would be fixed after the repairs he recommended. Unfortunately, after paying a hefty bill, the problem persisted. When I reached out to address it, the follow-up service was practically nonexistent.
Marvin and his team seemed uninterested in taking accountability or providing a solution without charging me again. It was clear they were more focused on getting paid than ensuring customer satisfaction. I wouldn’t trust them with my vehicle again—very poor communication and service all around.
Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a reliable mechanic.

Melvin is the absolute best. Not only is the work he does outstanding, but he’s honest. Both my mom and myself have Teslas and accidentally hit poles in different garages. Different dealerships quoted me between $2500-3200, Melvin’s cost was a FRACTION and you can’t even see where the damage was. When the same thing happened to my mom, we didn’t even look other places- I took her directly to MTR. Again, his work is excellent, he’s honest, his whole staff is super nice, and I trust this place above anyone else.

Called on the day of asked if I needed appointment person I spoke for said it’s best but can always just come in but wait time about 2 hours for qoute. Received my quote and they were able to order my parts the same day and next my car was repaired and ready to go. Thanks for the quick service.

I brought my wife's 2012 Chevy Sonic in to get checked out and and estimate for cost to repair. I dropped it off as scheduled, and I recieved an estimate for repairs within about 1.5hrs. The estimate was in pdf. format and had cost broken down by replacement parts and labor. Their diagnostic of what the problems were was on point and recieved my car back the same day. Pricing was fair, everything else was above par. I would recommend these guys.
