Today I had a appointment at 8:00 am I was there at 8:00 am she said we have one technician he took the other appointment at 8:00 also the manager was late didn’t have a the key for the alignment bay long story short appointment doesn’t mean anything
And they they five customers at 8:00 appointment not good at all
I wouldn’t recommend this location not very professional

Awesome service as always. I needed a lot of work done on my suspension and new tires. They got the work done in a day and offered a discount.

Found a bubble in my front drivers side tire on Saturday and promptly made an appointment for 9 AM Sunday for it to be replaced (when they open). I walked in at exactly 9 AM and there was a long line. I didnt think much of it, when I got up there I told him I had an appointment the person at the front desk took my keys and told me to sit down. I sat down and waited for 2 hours. After that I went back into the lobby, no on was there. I went outside and saw my car with the same old tire still on it. I went back in and the front desk person came back and I told him that my car hadn't been worked on yet and thats ive been waiting for 2 hours. Only after I told them I had been waiting did they start working on my car. They worked on all the walk in people before they worked on mine. Lack of communication with customers and slow service, I am very displeased and will not be returning.

The service is here was great, very friendly and even had the tires in stock that I wanted. Dropped off Saturday at 4pm an hour before they closed for four new tires and an aliment. Was ready for pickup Sunday morning at 10am.

LADIES STAY AWAY HUSTLERS ?Alert?????If I could give it a 0 ⭐️ star I would. My real name is Pamela Williams I went originally on 4th of July appointment made through car advise drove there for nothing. No biggie businesses forget to update holiday hours. I go back the next day for my appointment of 4 brake's replacement. They didn't have time or parts. The front guy goes outside looks at my vehicle tells me he is ordering rotors. I tell him my appointment is for 4 brake replacement. He like just incase. Then I go back the next day after they call and tell me there are in. They tell me I only need back brakes and rotors. Interesting front usually go out first I'm thinking, but let's trust the experts. I should have know they was lying and hustling me. Soon as I get my in my car the whistle from the front sounds worse then before they lied again after riding with me saying they didn't hear anything and that only 25 percent of my brakes was gone. Ladies stay away from this place. They will rip you off, then act clueless. Well jokes on yall. I'm not coming back. I'm reporting you to the better business bureau. Stop thinking it's ok to hustle hard working people. Little did y'all know. I had been sick not able to work for the last few months due to toxic mold exposure. And my vehicle is how I make money. You have set me back even further. Shame on you.

Rick (and his team) was outstanding!
I bought 4 tires from Mavis while on a trip in NY/MA in June (due to a slow leak in one and a nail in the sidewall in a second one). From the very beginning, the tires seemed imbalanced because there was a noticeable vibration in the vehicle (Kia Telluride), especially at higher speeds, but we weren't in a position to go back to the original store to have them check the tires out. So, when I finally had time to get it looked at, I went to NTB in Newington (because they are now part of Mavis).
Rick was very personable and professional in explaining that re-balancing the tires might not fix the problem but they would be happy to try.
Without a scheduled appointment, I waited in the store for them to fit me in and re-balance all 4 tires.
I was there less than 2 hours and it only cost me $10 for the service fee!
The best part is, re-balancing seems to have done the trick because the vibration is no longer noticeable.
I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Rick at NTB and will definitely be returning when necessary!

If I could give this place zero star I would. First off the appointment online sucks. I booked my appointment at 4pm on the same day and when I came the guy said we're about to close so they cannot help me. I said then you guys should not let customer book their appointment because online it says the time is available. So I ended up rebook my appointment another day at 11am. Here come the worst, I came to my appointment for wheel alignment and tire rotation. The guy at front desk came out check out my tires and say I need new tires. I told him I don't want it right now and then all of sudden he told the alignment guy is not here today. I was like really!?!?! How convenience when I don't want new tires and the guy is not there to do alignment. Then why would he advised me to get new tires in the beginning? Who's going to the alignment? This is a tire place but no alignment guy. Oh wow!!!! I booked my appointment 4 days in advance and still no one is there to do the work. No call, nothing! Wait until I showed up and tell me all this excuse. This place has changed I feel like it is under new ownership, I used to go here all the time and received excellent customer service.

Sethi was amazing at helping through the whole process of changing all 4 of my tires. The waiting time was probably less than an hour.
Also, thank you Rick for helping me sign up and schedule the appointment a day before.
Definitely recommend this place! Super friendly!
