I bought the smoked beef brisket ravioli at the Kingstowne Farmer’s Market yesterday and made them for dinner last night. They were outstanding. I can’t wait to try the other variations.

We bought some raviolis from PASTA ILGATTO was at our local farmers market. It was delicious! The pasta dough was the perfect thickness where it didn’t break easily and had a good balance with the stuffing inside (bacon and mozzarella).
