Requested a Quote but didnt want to give me the quote on phone but rather on my contact info yet never sent me my quote for the tints and hung up. Very disrespectful. Never give out your contact info when theyre not going to give you the quote. Thank god i gave them a wrong info to begin with since i didnt trust them.

Amazing work and incredible customer service! Greg is just an awesome person and his team is top notch! He not only honored a quote he provided me almost a year ago even though their prices have changed, but he even offered a military discount. On top of that, I had a little decal that I wanted to apply and he did it for me for free! Prior to booking the job, he was so patient in going back and forth with me over email/text to explain to me the different options for PPF and ceramic coating, providing me with much needed education as I had never done anything like this to vehicles I've owned before. On the day of the appointment, I screwed up and realized I booked it at a time when I had an important meeting at work, so I texted Greg at 6am to see if I could bring it in later in the day. He replied immediately and gave me the green light to bring it in before 5pm. When the work was done, I was out of town, so I couldn't pick it up until 3 days later. Greg was perfectly ok with my car sitting there over the holiday weekend. How many businesses are this accommodating??? Lastly, during the work, they found this little dent that I was complaining about when I dropped it off, and he was able to get his business neighbor, Dentless Touch, to give me a quote to fix it. I authorized the work and it was completed perfectly. I'm so grateful to Greg and his team for all their help. I made sure to let my car enthusiast friends at work know where I got the job done. Wonderful work done by the individuals here at Patriot Auto Detail! I elected to have both the XPEL Ultimate Fusion Ceramic Coated PPF as well as the XPEL Prime XR Plus Window Tint done on my vehicle. And the owner was both extremely professional and patient throughout the whole process leading up to the actual install. I was referred to Patriot Auto Detail last year by a friend from work because I was looking for a way to protect my car from dog drool. The owner, Greg, took the time to educate me on all the different PPF and ceramic options. I decided on PPF for the front and ceramic coating, but ended up bailing on my appointment because life kicked me in the shins a few times. I circled back 10 months later and not only did Greg honor my original quote, he was even flexible enough to let me bring the car in 9 hours after my appointment time to accommodate a work meeting that I had forgotten about. The work was completed on time--his team did a great job! They even coated the inside of my back doors, where my dog tends to leave even more drool. There was a small dent and chip that I got on one of the back doors and Greg worked with the neighboring business, Dentless Touch, to fix it. He was even kind enough to put on a souvenir decal I got from Tail of the Dragon! He sent me away with cleaning fluid to prevent future dog drool buildup. I'm so grateful for everything and relieved that my car is now better protected from dog drool and all the elements. Bonus: you get a discount if you're a service member!

Patriot Auto Detail is the "go-to" shop for ceramic coating and PPF installations in the Springfield, Alexandria, and Fairfax area of Virginia. Their lead PPF installer is XPEL certified and does a great job. He really pays attention to the details. Their price is very fair and their client advisor provides very good customer service. I highly recommend Patriot Auto Detail for paint protection and window tinting!

Greg awesome job again. My second time coming to you guys and very happy with the work done on the RS3. Had the PPF done on lip kit, lower rocker and top rear bumper, 8yr ceramic all over, plus wheel coating package done. Excellent workmanship on the PPF especially on the lip kit and those hard angles. They went out of their way to install the front lip and side skirts as well after PPF and coating. They also PPF the A pillars for me to complete the front. Really appreciate you guys for going above and beyond. Definitely recommend if your looking to paint correct, PPF and ceramic coat your car. I will be back for wash and detail soon! Thanks guys!

Greg and his team did a fantastic job on my 2022 Airstream Atlas. They did a fantastic job on the paint correction taking out the swirls of numerous wax jobs, applying frontal XPEL Paint Protection Film and the XPEL Fusion Plus and Ultimate Plus Ceramic Coatings. My RV looks better than it did from the factory and all the bird dropping and bugs from the road easily rinse away. They provided excellent service and allowed me to visit their climate controlled facility a couple times during the process. Well done and I'll be back with my other cars.

I want to send my mad, crazy props to Greg and his team with Patriot Auto Detail! First, I reached out to this small business in early June 2023 based on the services and strength of positive reviews and feedback. Second, as a Veteran myself, I appreciate any opportunity to support Veteran-owned businesses. Lastly, fantastic job by Greg and his team. In late May 2023, I took delivery of a 2015 Porsche Boxster S (I'm sure you will see my wife and I driving around town) and they were able to see me within one week. Services included paint correction, pushing out a ding on the rear hip, applying paint protection film to the entire front and rockers, and applying ceramic coating to the entire vehicle. They had my vehicle for 3+ days and it looks brand new! See the pictures attached. Thank you Greg and team! I will be back! I recommend Patriot to anyone who loves their vehicle, wants to ensure the exterior has protection, and will stay looking great!!!

Dropped my newly repainted 2010 VW GTI with them for paint correction, full-front PPF, and ceramic coating. After picking it up it looks like it just rolled out of the factory showroom. The black paint is a mirror-like finish and looks fantastic. The edge of the PPF on the A-pillar is very hard to spot and the rest of the PPF is so neatly tucked in that you don't even know its there. 100% recommend these guys, they did an amazing job!Services: Full body wash
